Mix well and pour the mixture over the hot baked crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into small squares. Yield: 8 to 12 servings

We have the key lime (Mexican lime) trees and they are hardy hardy hardy. But they like lots and lots of sun. I'd suggest trying to buy one on line if you can't find them at your local Walmart or Kmart or those kind of places. I've also been known to ask my favorite nursery to order what I want for me. But since I'm turning my grounds into my own personal jungle, they're kinda glad to see me comin'. Fruit trees grow reasonable fast but I'd hate to wait for one to grow from seed. I think the lime is the only one you can grow from seed rather than have it grafted. I'd try the key lime or Mexican lime trees over the regular lime trees. They just get loaded with fruit. I don't know if they self pollinate or not but you need to find out. I think you would need to put it outdoors all summer for as long as it is possible. They will take it down to just above freezing but I'd pull it indoors before that so that there is no damage. Good luck. They are pretty little trees.
