Q: I heard that lemon makes your hair lighter and go in the sun but does lime work the same way? My hair is black right now and I want it to be lighter like maby a brown or a light brown without dying my hair or anything. I heard it kills brain cells and im still young so I kinda want it not to do any damage to my brain but I don't mind damaging my hair,just a little!: Lime from cement is extremely alkaline in nature, thus it eats away at the skin. There are also cement allergies and dermatitis which cause problems. I am not sure about the remedy, ask a doctor.

Q: I am making keylime pie the easy way (no eggs and no baking required). I have all the ingredients I need and I try to eat as natural as I can so I have a natural pie crust and natural whipped topping. The recipe also asks for one box of sugar free lime jello (4 serving size) but I wanted to cut out artificial stuff so I got Knox unflavored gelatin and 100% lime juice. I know how to make the gelatin but I do not know how many of the packets and how much lime juice to use to get the equivalent I need as if I were using the lime jello. You can make a mortar out of just slaked lime, but it takes a very long time to prepare and harden and it is not often used today. The mortar with sand will harden much quicker and is most used lime mortar used today. My house was built in the 1800's and had lime mortar, so I use it for repairs. Most new construction, however, uses a harder cement based mortar that needs the harder bricks used today.

Q: I can't figure out how many mexican restaurants rim a a large glass with a lime. how do you get all the pulp from the lime to stick on the glass?
