- no, no mirror reflects 100% of what is shone upon it. A normal household mirror will not reflect radio waves, gamma waves, x-rays, etc... It reflects visible light and a little spillover on each side.

- Light has relativistic mass (mass by virtue of its energy), in the same way we gain mass when we're moving (ie, very little).
