1.CMAX Tower Crane TC7050  is one of the main product of CNBM company, which have competitive price and excellent quality, suitable for all kinds of construction project and can work under all kinds of work condition.

2. Tower Crane TC7050 can adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting, and can decide the crane height according to the actual height of the building, and at the same time the lifting capacity will not be affected.

3. Tower Crane TC7050 has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.

4.Tower Crane TC7050  has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation of the equipment. The machine is equipped with lifting height limiter, dolly range-change limiter, moment limiter, weightlimiter, circumgyrating limiter, and so on.

5.Tower Crane TC7050  has scientific layout and beautiful appearance. The operator's room is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operato.

Tower Crane TC7050 FAQ:

1.What is tower crane?

Tower crane is a modern form of balance crane that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation (and sometimes attached to the sides of structures as well), tower cranes often give the best combination of height and lifting capacity and are used in the construction site.

2. What is the meaning of the tower crane’s code?

Take Tower Crane TC7050 for example, the first two letters “TC” means Tower Crane, “70”means jib length is 70 meter, and the last two letter “50” means the tip load is :5 ton.

3. What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

First, we need to know clients’ requirements, for example, max lifting capacity, height, tip load and jib length.. Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is and Third if there are special needs. CNBM could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients.

Q: What do you do to become a crane operator, do you go to school and how long is it?
OK, first, what kind of crane? there are many different kinds that do many different things. From loading containers at the seaport to high rise buildings. One does not just go into cranes. The more experienced ones, started out as oilers or greasers. Some started out as signal persons. They learned by watching and listening. In the following states you must hold National certification: CA, HA,MT,OR,WA,MN,WV,NM,RI,NJ,NV,NY UT. PA and SC have restrictions now but will be added sometime soon. You can attend a crane school that prepares you for the national certification, but it expensive and not easy for someone without a background working around cranes. There is a lot of terminology and mathematics involved. Not to mention the Federal, state, local and OSHA rules you must practice. Go to your state employment office. They have all the information you need. get to know one of the counselors and pursue your dream. It is not as easy as it seems. But is it a well paying career. Good luck Bill
Q: Ok, so I figured out that last step after watching an origami tutorial thing on youtube
It okorder / The animations on this site are good, showing what you have to do, without hands in the way.
Q: Does anyone know of any companies that sell mobile cranes suited for extreme cold? I'm aware of Liebherr and Havator's harbor cranes, but I can't find much else. Thanks
this is not my area of study but i will give you something to consider. if you are looking for a large capacity crane for use on permafrost, you wont find one. the pressure placed on the permafrost by large weights will cause it to melt. anything that is heavy, like a house, will sink in the tundra just like it will in a swamp. for houses they excavate the foundation a build a giant wooden raft that the hose floats on. in ST Petersburg, Russians preferred a mix of reeds and slave laborers corpses's to build the raft. as long as the ground is not frozen there is somebody how makes what you want. if the ground is frozen, you will only find small machinery. best of luck ps dont look to hard. lots of diesel engines work great at sub-subfreezing temps.
Q: I don't know what the difference is. :(
an egret is any of several herons and several of which develop milky white plumes during the breeding season, some herons are called egrets. Cranes are a family of large, long-legged and long-necked birds Unlike the similar-looking but unrelated herons, cranes fly with necks outstretched, not pulled back. Cranes’ necks are a shorter than those of heron.Herons curve their necks into an “S” shape and when they are flying they pull them totally back, while cranes necks’ stick straight out. Cranes also have shorter beaks than herons.
Q: I need to make a crane in my mechanical class. I can use anything pretty much (pulleys, levers, etc.) The goal is to make a crane with a claw that can pick up a weighted container in a tub of water. It needs to be operated by handle or something, and the base of machine must be on the table top. Any help will be appreciated.

Q: So Pretty much, there is a crane, and there are four blue minions on top. I can pick them up, and carry them back and forth, but I can't get them down. If I drop them in the middle they always die. Can somebody give me a way to beat this?

Q: I'll be graduating from a Korean language extra school in 1,5 years, and one of the teachers there is really amazing. Essentially, she has taught me the most compared to any other teacher there.Would giving her a 1000 cranes (and a bouquet maybe?) an appropriate and good 'thank you and goodbye' gift? Is it too little? Or overkill? She really means a lot so I want to give something!
I think that gift would be perfect for a teacher! If I was a teacher and a student gave that to me i'd cry. Have you heard about that book of the 1000 paper cranes? (Can't remember the name) but it says if you make a 1000 paper cranes then you get a wish. Well anyways make sure you present the presents nicely. Like put the cranes in a pretty jar with a beautiful ribbon wrapped around it and get flowers that're her favorite colors.
Q: a/ Calculate the lift workb/ What is the power used by the crane when the efficiency is 60%? (Can you explain for me what efficiency means)c/ What will the kinetic energy of the load be when it hits the ground, if it falls from the height 8.5 meters, g=9.81 m/s^2Thank you.
The work done (W)= Force*Distance. Force is 9.81*3000kg. So W = 9.81*3000*8.5 = 250,155 J Power (P)= Work(W)/Time(t) = 250,155/15 = 16,677 W 60% efficiency means that the lift is only using 60% of its maximum amount of power output. So to find 100% (lets call it x) of the crane's efficiency, consider the following: x * 0.6 = 16,677 x = 16,677 / 0.6 = 27,795 W Total mechanical energy in a system remains constant, so the kinetic energy the moment it hits the ground equals the potential energy when it is still hanging in the air. Potential energy = mgh = 3000x9.81x8.5 = 250,155 J You know this is correct, because it is the same amount of work the crane performed on the object to lift it.
Q: I've come up with a few reasons, if someone could add on to it then that would be wonderful!Thank you for answering my question :D
A crane allows us to place light or heavy loads with precession and safety; on top of buildings, across water ways, down mine shafts and over obstacles. Building a pyramid today would be done with cranes, instead of building ramps to slide the massive stone blocks up. Cranes speed up any construction project. Cranes eliminate a lot of manual labor. Cranes prevent injuries by doing the hard work. One example, we used a crane to lift off an entire house roof, in one piece. We then built a second story and then used the crane again to put the roof back on. Without a crane, it would have taken several days to tear off the shingles, remove the roof sheeting and the trusses, not to mention the money saved. The building codes do not allow the reuse of wood trusses, yet not taking the roof apart, allowed use to reuse the trusses, a savings of hundreds of dollars. Wingman
Q: I was interested in the Japanese legend of folding a thousand cranes. It was said that if a person was able to fold 1 000 cranes, you get to make a wish.I'm just wondering; let's say I'm done with all 1 000. What do I do next? One of my friends told me you had to burn all one thousand cranes, while another suggested to put the last one in a bottle and set it out in sea.Did it ever state what to do in the end, after folding all the cranes? If it does, please enlighten me :3Thank you :)
I've only heard of putting them up on strings and you could give them as gifts .. Oh and you could also frame them by laying them flat
