FAQ

Q: What is the difference between CNBM and CMAX?

A: CNBM stands for China National Building Materials (Group) Corporation, which is established in 1984, is the largest state-owned group corporation of building material & machinery with a total asset of 15 billion USD and a staff of 100000.

CMAX is the brand name of CNBM Group’s construction products, C stands for China and Max stands for Maximum.

Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client: max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.

Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is. (Fixed/undercarriage/ undercarriage with traveling system), mast section type (panel/integrated), power supply source (voltage, ampere and frequency), the distance between the machine and power supply……

Third if there are special needs, CNBM could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients. End-user, as construction machinery buyer, knows the site situation well and should make decision, such as the machinery specification, type…….

Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: can somebody give me good info on this. its a martial art im very interested in leaning and i would like some background info on it first thx
look man to learn the 5 animals stuff, u can't do it by urself !! u need reflex and you can't have it unless some1 teaches you some techniques !! well actually i wanted to learn Kung fu so i started learning it from the internet !! well there is a time i thought that i new almost everythng and was perfect at it ((that was how i saw myself !!)) but when i got into a Kung fu club i coudn't keep up with them !! so if you want to learn the real techniques you should go to a school or something !!!
Q: who invented them and why do people make them?
in Japanese folklore if you fold a 1000 origami cranes you get are granted a wish, usually concerning health/long life. The peace part comes from the story of Sadako Sasaki a victim of the Hiroshima atomic
Q: I've been wondering about the infamous Crane Stance that many people associate with Martial Arts. Is the Crane Stance a technique that can be used in a fight and strike an opponent effectively without overly exposing yourself to strikes by your opponent? If it is, what are some techniques that can be used out of a Crane Stance?
The tournament habit of dramatically posing these stances gives one the impression the user is waiting for an attack rather than evading an attack( kick to the knee blocking a kick to the groin lower abdomen area or delivering a knee strike.) Shotokan pretty much removed these stances except for one kata ganakaku in other kata the leg raise is done very swiftly with the leg returning to the ground immediately nijushi ho being a good example.
Q: Plus why the symbiot instead of bringing the dark side of the carrier brought the gay and jerk side?
1) Something happened to the crane - it doesn't matter what - it was an excuse to bring out spiderman, What happened isn't important. It was a kind of malfunction anyway - NOTHING to do with any villians 2) Gay and jerk side? He wan't being gay, but because he was a jerk in the first place that is why he didn't really know how to dress up properly and being up himself means he doesn't recognise it - which by the way, was well scripted into the movie. It was a bit of a comic relief. The symbiot brought out the darker side of him but that doesn't mean it KNOWs to make him behave appropriately.
Q: I watched a man climb one once and he wasn't secured. Crazy. How much do they get?If there are any operators on here, do you get scared when you climb up/down?
Tower crane operators are actually one of the highest paid of crane operators. It takes many years of career progression and many skills upgrading courses to reach that level. Crane operators start out with the crane trucks operating on ground level. They earn about 2k to 3k a month at this stage. They then progress to low rise cranes and then finally to high rise cranes. All the high rise crane operators are specialists in their field with many years of working experience. They would earn perhaps 7k to 8k a month.
Q: I read Maggie: A Girl of the Streets in eleventh grade and I wonder if the author, Stephen Crane, was the same Stephen Crane that married Lana Turner.
Not according to the iMDB. Here's some other trivia about him: Date of Birth 7 February 1916, Crawfordsville, Indiana, USA Date of Death 6 February 1985, Pauma Valley, California, USA. Q: What Japanese counter word is used for multiple origami objects...such as 1000 cranes?
1,000 cranes is counted using the bird counter (there's one specifically for birds or rabbits) so it's sen-ba-tsuru. It would depend on what you've made in origami. The most general counter would probably be -ko. one origami work ikko two niko three sanko four yonko five goko six rokko seven nanako eight hakko nine kyuuko ten jikko I think you could use it for almost anything that you could make in origami, though, (like senbatsuru) there could be a more specific counter to use depending on what you made, but there are so many counter words. If it's something flat, or you wanted to count origami paper, then it's -mai If it's a long slender work of origami -hon
Q: Climbing process of an internal climbing tower crane
There are two kinds of climbing mechanisms: hydraulic and mechanical. The hydraulic climbing mechanism consists of a ladder ladder, a hydraulic cylinder, a climbing beam and a support leg. The climbing ladder is composed of an upper and a lower bearing beams, separated by two stories, which are fixed on the wall or side beam of the cylindrical structure when the work is used, and both sides of the ladder stand are provided with steps. The load bearing beam corresponds to the four main limbs of the crane tower, and is equipped with 8 guide rollers, which plays a guiding role when climbing.
Q: Can Ichabod Crane defeat the Headless Undocumented Worker before he prunes someone's bushes into hedges?
Ichabod Crane was a tall, lanky man, with feet like shovels. He may be able to do it. I thought of this story too, when I heard about the mysterious headless bodies.
Q: Who would win a fight between a Whooping Crane and a chinchilla?
The crane. He's got the moves.
