- There is a magnification pin on the hook group. When the magnification pin is removed, the pulley will automatically slide to the lifting trolley.

Anyway, sorry I don't have an answer but the other day just for kicks I was looking around to see what's going on and searching crane operator+job and there's a huge worldwide company, slips my mind but they kept coming up all over hiring operators all over the world. Give that a try, if I was single I'd be going everywhere, and getting PAID to do it but my wife and kids mean too much to be away.
