1. The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.
4. It adopts standard sections (for models of over 12t) of piece assembly structure, split structure stock, and assembled platform, which meet the transport requirements for standard container.
5. The extra-long boom is designed with a rope-supporting trolley, and the speed of which is 1/2 of that of the luffing trolley, which can achieve the most optimum rope-supporting effect. The structure has applied for national patent.
6. The lifting mechanism adopts speed regulation by frequency control or by eddy current brake series resistance, featuring good lifting performance; The slewing system adopts frequency control by torque electric motor or by coil winding type electric motor with hydraulic coupler, featuring smooth operation and small slewing impact.
7. All kinds of safety devices are reliable and easy to adjust; both the safety monitoring control system and traditional safety system are available, the double system ensures safety operation of the tower crane; the hydraulic system adopts low/medium pressure design, featuring higher safety and reliability.

Q: When the earthquake happened, the children wanted to know what they could do to inform other students and raise awareness for the people in Japan. So, we decided to do a show on the earthquake, and to also making the cranes, the origami cranes.thank you! a foreigner. (detail)
I personally would write it as... So, we decided to do a show on the earthquake and to make origami cranes. However, for proper English grammar, your idea of saying to also make the cranes is correct for an addition with and. The sentence fragment ... and to also making the cranes... would not work because also is a interrupter to show continuation and is not a verb. To make is an infinitive so adding also would not allow the conjugation of the infinitive due to the rule that a verb cannot follow a verb unless if the second verb is in an infinitive form. And is never used with commas unless there are items in series such as ducks, chickens, and hens. And is not correct after a comma unless if there are items in series. In addition, the items in series rule can change slightly if there is a description with the items or a sentence fragment such as with the sentence... There are several large hens with an egg; a few with large wings; and a few with a large pile of food. In this situation a semicolon(;) is used to help people know that it is a series with a group of sentence fragments. If you need help contact me or find help with items in series, types of sentences, sentence fragments, and sentence interrupters. I am learning to speak Spanish so I am willing to help anyone with English because I know how difficult it can be to learn English.
Q: I've always wondered, how do they lift cranes? Bigger cranes? What do you think/know?
they build it peice by peice.
Q: crane:300t lift 100t pad sizes:4.5x2 mtrs.ground bearing capacity required?
This depends on the angle of the lift and the distance away from centre of the crane. With the lift at tipping range all 400t will be distributed along the outer half of the pad or on the extreme legs. Rule of thumb is all the load is placed under the one pad. so one pad is 9 sq metres and the load is 400 tonnes so the bearing capacity must exceeds 400/9 tonnes per square metre. 44.44444t/m^2
Q: Who do you think was better and who would've won if they faced.
Having seen both in various video clips, I would have to lean towards Irving Crane. Crane was winning world championships from his twenties well into his sixties. Yes, Mosconi has more records and world titles to his name, but most historians agree that his 526 ball run was performed on a 4' x 8' table, which would not have been considered professional conditions. I'm not taking anything away from Mosconi. Crane was a far better defensive player. Personally, I would have liked to have seen Ralph Greenleaf in his prime. So little video footage is available from those years unfortunately. Very good question.
Q: I was wondering if this is possible. The wall we have designed is very close to an existing retaining wall. In order to properly form and waterproof the wall we would have to demo that existing retaining wall. My idea was to build it off site, waterproof it, and then crane it into its location. Is this possible? any similar methods? thanks
If you use precast concrete sections it can be done. You can even have a decorative side if that is required. You might need to have some form of interlocking connections to tie the whole thing together. Depending on its height there might also be a need for anchors to keep it from trying to tip. Without more very detailed information it is difficult to really answer this question. As an example: depending on the type of soil and the height of the wall it is possible to remove the existing wall and install a new one in a day if you use something like a keystone system.
Q: Who invented the tower crane, please?
In 1923, a prototype of modern tower crane was built. The first relatively complete modern tower crane appeared in the same year. Our tower crane started from Shanghai in 1950.
Q: I read on wikipedia that in recent years, it has become less popular, but they do not mention why. I understand the philosophy of the art and it seems like Machida and Anderson Silva use similar styles. These are 2 of the best fighters in MMA. Can anyone shed some light on this?
I can't comment on the people you mentioned. What I can say is that White Crane is a good style. BUT, it was never as popular as arts like Goju-ryu, Shotokan, Shito-ryu, and many others. It is curious that Wikipedia would say something like the style is less popular. But then I have always taken what I see on the internet with a grain of salt. Anyone can post any thing they want on the net. That does not make it true.
Q: I am making a crane(jib) whatever you call it and I have a concept for the crane itself but not for how I will actually move the camera. I heard wires work but I can not seem to grasp teh concept.* It is a heaver camera by the way*
On a real camera crane you would press the up and down button that moves the wrist part of it. ( I drove a forklift). If you are doing to yourself you'll have to rely on the elbow movements. I might think about renting a Genie lift. And letting someone be your hands in the thing. Unless you know how to build a fully articulating hydraulic ball-joint?
Q: Is the crane a metaphor for the woman? Or does it transform into one? OR does the guy marry a bird? I've been listening to this all week and cannot discern which is right...maybe that was Colin's intention? A little help here?
It's a story about a peasant living in, I assume, rural Japan, it being a Japanese folk tale. He finds a wounded crane on the road as he's walking one night. It has an arrow in its wing, and he pulls out the arrow and revives the crane. A couple of days later this mysterious woman shows up at his door and he brings her in. Eventually, they fall in love and are married. Although they're poor-- she's a seamstress, a weaver-- she suggests that she can make this cloth that he could sell and make money. But the one condition is that when she's weaving he can't look into the room at her weaving. This goes on for awhile, until eventually the peasant's curiosity gets the best of him and he looks in. It turns out that the woman is a crane, and she's pulling feathers from her wings and putting them into the cloth, which is what makes it so beautiful and soft. Apparently, having looked in at her breaks the spell and she turns permanently back into a crane and flies away.
Q: Around how much would it be to rent a crane to put a jacuzzi in my backyard.
What the heck do you need a crane for? Is your backyard surrounded by a moat or somthing? Anyways, around $700 an hour, assuming you live in a populated area.
