Main Feature of Tower Crane TC5013B
Our tower crane is self-erecting and wall-attached tower crane, in addition to it's advanced parameters, reliable performance, well-looking appearance, and excellent quality.
It has characteristica such as long boom, largeworking coverage, hydraulic rising, and tandem mounted tower body.
It's design idea shows advantages including simple structure and good applicability, convenient maintainability, and lower price at the same time to emphasize meeting the requirement from construction units at different levels.
It's lifting height is obviously increased thanks to its self-erecting and wall attached function.
It is applicable for construction of different industrial, commercial, office, and civil building lower than 220m, and becomes an ideal service-building machine at home.

FAQ of Tower Crane
Q: What serice you could provide?
A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem
Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance
Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance
Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your problems.
Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?
A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view
- Q: how do they get counter-weights onto high cranes?
- The crane itself hoists them. Suppose a crane is rated to support X tons, then the optimal counter weight would be X/2 tons, an the crane has to be designed to support an imbalance of X/2 tons. If the operational crane is not lifting anything, then it has to support its unbalanced counter weight, and if it lifts its maximum load, then it has to stand an unbalanced load of (again) X/2 -- the other half of the load is balanced by the counterweight. Therefore the crane is capable of hoisting its own counterweight as an unbalanced load. It is then secured in place and the crane can then start operating to its rated maximum lifting capability.
- Q: So Pretty much, there is a crane, and there are four blue minions on top. I can pick them up, and carry them back and forth, but I can't get them down. If I drop them in the middle they always die. Can somebody give me a way to beat this?
- Found the answer!:) By that point, if you did everything right you should have 8 blue minions. Put 6 of them on the crane and 2 of them(with a guard marker) in the middle where you ar gonna drop the ones from above. Then when you drop them, the ones guarding will pick them up and heal them.:) P.S.A tip, if you want the crane to come back slower don't remove all the minions from it, just remove 2 and the rest will slow it down. Hope this helped, have fun.:)
- Q: We would like some ideas from folks who have the cranes coming to their bird feeders. What foods are they attracted to?
- Sand Hill Cranes are omnivores which means that they feed on a wide variety of food. Their diet will change depending on the time of year and the habitat. Part of their diet would be rodents, snails, frogs and other small animals. They also will eat the roots of aquatic plants and grains in farm fields. This is where you may be able to draw the cranes to your yard. Spread the bird seed on the ground. Even small piles of seed may help. These birds like to forage through grassy areas and can do some digging with their beaks leaving the ground lumpy, so be sure you want them in your yard.
- Q: If so, would you mind finding me a site that will teach me how to either with a good video or an easy-to-follow explanation because i tried many sites and i just cannot understand clearly enough. I get so far and then i can't tell what is happening in a step, and i can't do it.If you wouldn't mind to find me a site that you know will help, since you can make them, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
- Go to Howcast and type in origami. It taught me how to fold like a pro.
- Q: i need to know:how long is the stock (extended and non-extended)how wide is the stockand how thick is the stockthanks.
- ever think of googling standart crane stock ?
- Q: I just wonder they use cranes at such heights, how do they carry the cranes at such height? Helicopter or something? This is a picture of what I'm talking
- The cranes are jack-up cranes. They have their own self-contained jacks. As one floor is completed, they jack up to the next level. The cranes are on top of the buildings. They are designed by structural and mechanical engineers to loift a given weight.
- Q: (Fujian) white crane
- There is no Fujian White Crane in NY. There is one instructor in south west NJ who teaches White Crane and if you're willing to travel that far(near Philly), I'll give you his address. I did hear of someone in China Town in Manhattan but I have searched and search and found nothing. Fujian/Fukien White Crane is the ultimate. If you do find someone, let me know.
- Q: What are equations /formulas that use to calculate maximum vertical load values, the maximum length of boom?
- Hello, Briefly, the structure of the crane or lifting mechanism is not usually the limiting case. The limiting case is to ensure that the Center of Gravity of the mobile crane with the load is such that it is bound within the tires or footprint of the crane. If this load is outside the footprint, the crane tips over.
- Q: what are the effects of fiction in cranes?
- Uh.... Do you mean fRiction? And cranes... as in the machine or the bird..... Try to be specific.....
