Main Feature of Tower Crane TC5013B

Our tower crane is self-erecting and wall-attached tower crane, in addition to it's advanced parameters, reliable performance, well-looking appearance, and excellent quality.

It has characteristica such as long boom, largeworking coverage, hydraulic rising, and tandem mounted tower body.

It's design idea shows advantages including simple structure and good applicability, convenient maintainability, and lower price at the same time to emphasize meeting the requirement from construction units at different levels.

It's lifting height is obviously increased thanks to its self-erecting and wall attached function.

It is applicable for construction of different industrial, commercial, office, and civil building lower than 220m, and becomes an ideal service-building machine at home.

FAQ of Tower Crane

Q: What serice you could provide?

A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem

Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance

Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance

Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your  problems.

Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view

Q:The mobile crane has a weight of 116kip and center of gravity at G1; the boom has a weight of 29kip and center of gravity at G2. Determine the smallest angle of tilt θ of the boom, without causing the crane to overturn if the suspended load is W = 38kip . Neglect the thickness of the tracks at A and B. Determine the smallest angle of tilt θ of the boom, without causing the crane to overturn.
The key here is to simplify this as much as possible The equation is really: mass 1 x length 1 + mass 2 x length 2 = mass 3 x length 3 G1 * 6 ft = (G2 * X ft) + H3 * X ft) G1 = 116 kip G2 = 29 kip H3 = 38 kip Now it is an equilibrium of torque about the point where the boom pivots: 116 kip * 6 ft = 29 kip * Xft + 38 kip * Xft solve for X feet: X feet = 10.388 ft So the crane is in equilibrium when the load is length1 + length 2 times the mass = mass of motor * length 3 (10.388 ft * 29 kip) + (10.388 ft * 38 kip) = 116 kip * 6 ft The boom forms a triangle with the hypotenuse equals 12ft + 15 ft = 27 ft. The bottom of the triangle is 10.388 ft + 10.388 ft = 20.776ft So we have two sides of the triangle and now just need to find the angle where the triangle forms with those two sides: cosine of angle = adjacent side / hypotenuse cosine of angle = 20.766 / 27 = 0.7691 and the arc cosine of that = 39.7 degrees So rounding it off, angle of crane = 40 degree
Q:I have found crane fly larvae on my kitchen floor in the middle of the night. Were are they coming from? How do I get rid of them?
probably not larva of crane fly...they live in the soil outside. Describe or post a pic what you have
Q:why are whooping cranes on the endangered species list?
At one time, a few decades ago, there were only 21 (or 28?) of them alive. There was a significant effort to captive breed some, and save nesting areas for others. Now there are more, but their numbers are low enough that it's not a stable population yet.
Q:If any of you have read The Red Badge of courage by Stephen Crane can you please tell me what you think about it. Is it a good book or is it not?!!!! Do you praise it or critize it !? i need your opinion what's your review! Thanks
The book is fabulous and not particularly lengthy. An easy to read piece that is a page turner.
Q:in design of steel structures as per asce2005 or ibc2006 ,what load combinations are to be considered when crane loads and seismic loads are present?
Asd Load Combinations
Q:How did Romans make columns in roman times Without cranes?
They simply lay the stone down, chiseled out the column, then stood it up via an A frame, however the Romans did have cranes, (not the massive things of today) but mobile wooden ones with counter weights at the back that operated on a system of pulleys (they even had cranes that operated on water)
Q:This poor little guy has been out on my balcony where I smoke my cigarettes for two days now. One wing is badly mangled and he can't fly away, I thought to just let him work it out yesterday in hopes of him healing on his own somewhere, but today he was climbing on my leg as if asking for help and I feel horrible for him now...he's suffering, he hasn't gone far in at least 24 hours I feel I should feed him and give him water until he heals...what do crane flies even eat?? Any advise aside of killing him and putting him out of his misery would be great!!
Well, it looks like they only have a lifespan of a 2 weeks at the most, so I'd just make him comfortable and let nature do its thing. According to Wikipedia, adult crane flies don't really eat--they just hang out and mate... If you really want, I suppose you could put some sugar water in a bottle cap or something for him.
Q:They;re ENORMOUS!!! Do they take them apart or something?
Large cranes are dismantled and sections are placed on numerous flatbed semi-trucks and transported to other locations. Typically this is done early morning, or late evening when traffic is at its minimum. Sections are typically no longer that 60' in length.
Q:I'm researching Stephen Crane for an English project and I need to how Stephen Crane's works effected others. Thanks for the help! xP
I'd mention his book Red Badge of Courage and how it changed the war novel for American and English writers. You can look at books like Catch-22 , MASH, or Hemingway's war novels and find that personal voice that Crane used.
Q:I want to make a sculpture out of 1,000 paper cranes. I have sometime to work on it, but not months. Has anyone ever known someone to do this, or done this themselves? How much time should I allow for such a project?
I think it will be hard to tell, the easiest form to calculate is the time to make one crane times 1000. However, as long you fold you will get a little bit exhausted therefore you should add 1/5 of the total times to make of the 1000 cranes, good luck!
