- I am sorry I do not know where are you from as different country might have different requirement on getting a Crane Operator licence. Anyway, I believe the basic is the same: You need to attend a theory class on crane operations which usually include topics like design theory of cranes, slinging and lifting, signalling. - First determine if they are hurting anything. If they are true crane flys they will go a way soon. If they are not hurting anything I would not treat them. If you want to identify exactly what they are capture some and take them to you County Extension agent and he/she will be able to tell you what they are and if they pose a danger to you and your family.

- i have it for console but what you do with that is this. When he does a big slam after chasing you make sure he does it in the cement area, then go to the crane and it cutscenes to you hurting him. Then you will follow him some more to a car shop. He throws cars at you, when he does a big slam sparks from his back disappear (they were caused by the crane) jump on his back and keep smashing him till he falls on his back, then just repeat that and watch a cutscene of his defeat.

- They absolutely do - as anyone who has ever tried to row a boat with another person can understand. - Q:Tower cranes sometimes have very long booms, but seem to usually have fixed counter-weights at fixed positions behind the cab. Why doesn't it flip backwards when there is no load, or flip forwards when a load is way at the far outward end of the boom? It seems to be a very large range of moment arms given that the counter-weight has a fixed one.
- I think the counter weights are connected to a pully system that directly interacts with the boom and hook movement. This way it can put more or less pull on the weights according to the amount of weight or position of the weight on the crane.

- Q:This poor little guy has been out on my balcony where I smoke my cigarettes for two days now. One wing is badly mangled and he can't fly away, I thought to just let him work it out yesterday in hopes of him healing on his own somewhere, but today he was climbing on my leg as if asking for help and I feel horrible for him now...he's suffering, he hasn't gone far in at least 24 hours I feel I should feed him and give him water until he heals...what do crane flies even eat?? - Well, it looks like they only have a lifespan of a 2 weeks at the most, so I'd just make him comfortable and let nature do its thing. According to Wikipedia, adult crane flies don't really eat--they just hang out and mate... If you really want, I suppose you could put some sugar water in a bottle cap or something for him.
