Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: What is tower crane?

A: Tower crane is a modern form of balance crane that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation (and sometimes attached to the sides of structures as well), tower cranes often give the best combination of height and lifting capacity and are used in the construction site.

Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client:  max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.

Q: My great grandparents' kamon was the crane and I was thinking of getting it as a tattoo for a symbol of my family. However, I'm not sure which it is. I've bought a book on Japanese Crests especially for this, and saw a couple of crane crests but was wondering if there's an origami crane kamon? And if there is, what is the meaning of it?Thank you very much for the help in advance!
I found an origami crane crest. It is called Orizuru Omodaka (折鶴沢潟) or Omodaka Orizuru (沢潟折り鶴). e-mon .jp/kamon/kamon12.html (on the 7th row, 2nd from the left) Orizuru = origami crane. As the previous answerer said, cranes are considered as sacred birds (reichou; 霊鳥) which bring us luck and happiness. They are also considered as a symbol of longevity as you can see in the following saying. 鶴は千年亀は万年 Cranes live for 1000 years, turtles live for 10000 years. Omodaka = a plant that stands near water. It is also called Kachigusa (勝ち草 = plant of victory). Hope this helps.
Q: How often should the crane be inspected regularly?
Lifting machines are inspected regularly every two years, and explosion-proof lifting machines shall be inspected regularly every year. Must have the corresponding inspection qualification inspection.
Q: Can someone find me a map that shows the geographic location of the white naped crane?
www.okorder /
Q: how can we minimize energy losses of a crane to reduce the impact on the environment?
No hint as to what type or size of crane, so I assume it is a large overhead traveling bridge crane inside an industrial building: Consult the manufacturer for recommendations. Change its power source to something cleaner (from diesel to propane or electric). Properly lubricate and adjust all moving parts. Turn power off when idle. Schedule heavy usage during hours of low demand of electric utility power. Replace motor with a more efficient new one. Replace entire crane with a new efficient one. Replace the large capacity one with one or more smaller units.
Q: I just can't figure this out. They need a crane to assemble tall buildings, but how do they assemble the crane? Especially if the building is over 20 stories high. What crane can build a crane higher than itself?
a mobile crane sets the original lower sections in place, and then the crane is assembled in 6' sections as it climbs itself.
Q: what are The performance parameters of tower cranes?
The technical performance of tower crane is expressed in a variety of parameters, the main parameters include the range, starting weight, lifting torque, free height, maximum heightand so on; its general parameters are: a variety of speed, structure, weight, size, tail size and gauge wheelbase, etc.
Q: Which Kung Fu influenced Shotokan, Shito-ryu and Shorin-ryu?
Chinese Martial Arts influenced the development of Karate in Okinawa, not Japan. So any influence in Japanese styles like Shotokan are a little more removed from that origin. Shotokan was brought to Japan by Gichen Funakoshi, so many people would argue that it is a Okinawan style...... However the Karate that Funakoshi learned and taught in Okinawa is far different from how Shotokan appears now. In Funakoshi's books fro the early 1900's he is always shown standing in a high stance with his feet close together. But Shotokan as practiced by the Japanese uses mainly lower deeper stances. Shorin-Ryu is not really just one version/style. There are several different versions of the style. for instance the three most practiced are: Shobayashi-Shorin-Ryu, Kobayashi-Shorin-Ryu, and Matsubayashi-Shorin-Ryu. There are also other lesser know styles of Shorin-Ryu. Although these all share some things they are all different in some ways. It would take a bit of research to look up all the styles that have influenced them. The same can be said for Shito-Ryu. Like Shorin-Ryu, it also has several versions. One of the best books that gives the lineage of Okinawan styles is called Okinawan Karate, teachers, styles and secret techniques. The book was written by Mark bishop. It has been one of the most useful books in tracing down things about Okinawa Karate and from what it developed. ...
Q: Where are cranes mostly found in the world?
At construction sites.
Q: Is there a world record for making paper cranes?
I would love to find out and compare it to the commercial where the girl is in the bathroom making toliet paper cranes. Since it's not published online - you'd have to find someone with a new copy of Guinness World Records
Q: Which one is a better investment? I can get both for 200dollars
The engine support is mainly for dropping the tranny, used before the car is up on a lift. The crane is for lifting the engine while the four wheels are on the ground. Most timing belts can be done without lifting the engine. Lifting the engine involves a very long list of procedures before actually yanking it up even a few inches. You have to disconnect and support the transmission, drain coolant and fluids and disconnect the hoses and wires, remove the engine mount bolts, maybe pull the radiator out, disconnect the A/C system lines, and remove the tranny and oil cooler lines, the coolng fans, shroud, hood, and so on. Good luck!
