- They first construct the top of crane on the ground with help from other mobile cranes. This includes the long horizontal part with the operator's cab, and the concrete counterweight. this is then placed on a climber, with which the crane kind of builds and climbs itself to the necessary height. Every vertical section of the crane is placed in the climber. When the piece is in place, the climber climbs to the top of piece from where the next vertical piece is placed and so on. They are, however, harmless to humans since they're totally unable to bite, though they're considered a pest by some farmers due to the habit of some species of dining on young crops. - forces for cranes are dynamic , so u'll have repeated cycles of compression tension ( i assume it's a trussed crane). but generaly for a cantilever , the main forces are -ve Bending Moment +ve shear which changes the rft. bars position if dealing with R.Concrete for example

- It's quite illegal. The penalties will be severe. That's nice you think you take responsibility. When you fall and injure yourself, you will not have the money to pay your medical bills, including your years on life support in a coma, etc. You'll be dumping that responsibility on everyone else. You do not just magically take responsibility by saying you do.
