- Q: So, this might seem like an odd question, but here goes.I work in an office and outside the windows there's a crane. Every day I come in from work, it has turn a little. The half-finished building that it stands next to is not being worked on and there's never anyone using the crane during the day. - I assume it's a tower crane, in which case it's probably because if it's locked and the wind is too strong it will collapse. However if it's free to rotate it'll simply move according to the wind direction
