Q: In this pattern:Row 1: YO, K1 Row 2: KnitRow 3: YO twice, K2 EtcWhen I just got done doing YO's and I am on a new row and I have to knit that whole row, I notice very weak yarn from the previous row or yarning overthat I can either let that yarn off the needle or go under it to knit it.My question is:.am I knitting each and every single yarn strand I see? Or am I making sure to keep the yarn with the yarn overs I previously did? This is so hard to explain but perhaps someone knows what I am talking about.I took two photos of what I am talking about if you need me to email it to you! Thank you for any help !!
The YO is what makes the lace hole in the fabricSo you knit the strand of the YONow in row 3 where you have a double yarn over, you need to read your instructionsIn some cases you will knit the first wrap and purl the second, in others you'll knit the first wrap and drop the second, this makes an enlarged hole in either case, but in the first case it also increases a stitch, which may be an element in the doilyI'm not sure what you mean by very weak yarn in the previous row at the yarn overIf the yarn is damaged in some way you should pick back and cut and join a strong section of yarnIf what you have is the hole from the yarn over that is what is supposed to be there.
Q: Not regularly in place of healthy food with fiber, but just right now when I've been particularly struggling, along with other high fiber foods.
Yes, you can twist the threads by hand, and wind the yarn around your fingers or a stick or something, but people invented spindles for a reason - the work goes much faster.

Q: I was thinking since fibre gets absorbed slower through your body then it might be good take as a supplement each day to prevent highs and lows of blood glucoseIs this right?
fiber is definitely a good thingthe it diet these days is eating low-glycemic foods and most of those foods are high in fiberyou can look up a glycemic index online to help you learn what to eat and make sure you eat small meals every 3 hoursthat will help keep your blood sugar level steady and hopefully get rid of the hypoglycemia.

Q: So, the past couple days I have been going vegetable crazy and eating nearly an unnatural amount: with each meal, snacks in between meal, etcas you could imagine, this has left me extremely gassy and bloatedI was wondering if you knew of any home remedies that could help eliminate it?Also, is eating a lot of veggies like this unhealthy?
Vegetables, fruits, wheat and oat bran are common fiber-rich foods, but eating too much of these foods together may cause bloatingEnsure that you are eating balanced amounts of soluble and insoluble fiberBoth types are important for healthy digestion and to help prevent constipation, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and other disordersDrink six to eight glasses of water per daySoluble fiber absorbs water in the intestines, it is important to be sufficiently hydrated for healthy digestionGo for a 10-minute walkEven light exercise can help gas pass through your digestive tract more quickly.
