Q: I ordered a virgin mobile phone online and im wondering if it will arrive in a package or if it will be put in my mailbox? I have no idea this is the first time i have ordered online. It is supposed to be shipped with FedEx: I have 3 phones with Virgin Mobile (me, husband, daughter) and they usually arrive via FedEx within 4 days, the delivery guy takes it right to your door. We've been with Virgin Mobile for 2 years now and it's a great company to go through, we haven't had any issues with them, I've only had to call customer service twice and they handled everything quickly and professionally their customer service isn't located in India, either!

Q: I have a (cheap) Nokia Tmobile phone. I lost the Simcard it came with. I have the battery, charger and no phone plan. Is it possible to use as a pay as you go? Would I have to purchase a simcard from T-mobile? Can I do this without having my credit pulled?: Yes,you would simply visit the T-Mobile store and take them your phone. Q: I am looking at Vigin Mobile phones, and I have found two that would be great. The Slash and the Shuttle. I need help choosing. Which one is better?: Definately the Shuttle!! Here is why the Shuttle is better: (+) Shuttle camera is 1.3 megapixel camera, Slash is just VGA (+) Shuttle can record video, Slash cannot (+) Shuttle is 3G speed and uses EVDO (this is Virgin Mobile's first EVDO 3G phone) (+) Shuttle has a music player (Slash does not) (+) Shuttle has removable memory, Slash does not (+) Shuttle is much quicker than Slash This is why the Shuttle is better :-) If you are planning of getting either one of these, it would be best to get the Shuttle, the higher price is worth it. I am planning on getting one!!

Q: i have internet connection on my nokia 5300 and i use it for connecting to internet on my computer too (via usb cable). will my mobile phone ever get a virus if there's a virus on my computer? if yes where can i find a suitable anti-virus for my nokia 5300?: oh you definitly can get viruses on a phone but they are very rare. the ones that exist though are very bad and can charge you for texting you didnt do. but the only way to get viruses on your phone is to respond to a text that has the virus. viruses from your computer will not even affect your phone since they are designed to attack windows pcs not phones. so as long as you arent texting strange people you should be fine. its not something i would say you should worry about. however if you want to and you have virus software you can right click your phone in windows explorer and run a scan on it just to make sure.

Q: i have a t-mobile phone with an att sim card, it says i need a subsidy code,anybody work for t-moble or att that knows: I don't work for either company, But what I do know is once you have an active account with att you can take your sim card and put it in any att phone and it will work. I honestly don't believe you can switch phones like that with out having an active account Good Luck

Q: I am thinking about purchasing an unlocked Palm which runs on Windows Mobile. I don't think it comes with AIM. I guess I would download it from the website. My question is, if I do -- will AIM then run in the background when my phone is on standby/off or will I only receive messages when my phone is active?: If your phone is on standby and you're logged in, you will be alerted. If your phone is fully powered off, you will not (unless you tweak the settings around to allow the application to turn on your phone). You can customize a lot on the Windows Mobile phones just depends on how much time you have to learn the steps and procedures to make it work the way you want it to.
