Q: i wanna sell vacuums door to door how do i do this?
Aiming high aren't we?
Q: I've been working on a couple projects in one room in my house. The room really needs to be vacuumed but there is aquarium gravel scattered around as well as a bunch of tiny screws. I have a shark vacuum. There's no threat of puncturing a bag because this vacuum doesn't use a bag - it uses a canister. I could easily empty the canister and then go over the floor with the hose. I'm wondering if it's an ok idea though because I don't want to damage anything in the vacuum. Occasionally, my battery powered aquarium vacuum will suck up a couple pieces of gravel, they'll get stuck, stop the vacuum, and I have to get them out for the vacuum to work again. I don't know how house vacuums work, but I don't want that to happen. If there aren't any mechanical components to be damaged, then I guess the only other worry would be the hose, but the hose on this vacuum feels pretty sturdy, and I would just be vacuuming tiny gravel and tiny, corroded screws - nothing sharp like tacks or nails. What do you guys think?
The aquarium vacuum cannot be compared to a regular vacuum cleaner. The motor is smaller as well as the vacuum pump. Also the particles flow through the aquarium vacuum pump where as the regular vacuum cleaners create a vacuum in the container that catches the dust and debris and there is usually a filter between the container and the intake of the vacuum pump that blocks most of the dust and debris. Make sure you check that filter before you start and when you have finished the vacuuming.
Q: Here is the thing I know ALL dry vacuums (bag or filtered) loose air flow and never loose suction. What I noticed with dyson is, the quot;never loose suctionis more a copy right than technology patent. Why any vacuum company cannot claim no lose off air flow? Which what does the cleaning, not suction. the little shark vacuum (shaped like a football) never looses suction too. So can you show me a vacuum that looses suction?
Yup it's nothing but a gimmick Dysons lose airflow much faster than some of my bagged vacuums but as for losing actual suction...i suppose an abused rainbow could in theory if it's not emptied properly you could have a build up in the fans causing a loss of suction but that's only if it's not taken care of
Q: Geddit?
Hahahaha
Q: What is something that moves in a house not including people or pets
vacuum cleaners - now they have these computer-vacuums that clean floors - they move by themselves
Q: I have four cats and most of my house is carpeted. I've had horrible luck with vacuum cleaners. Should I break down and get a high end vacuum cleaner? (No, vacuum cleaner salesmen, Please.)
I have a dog who sheds all the time and my vacuum does not pick up all the hair. Dyson makes a vacuum specifically for pet owners and I hear that it really works , however I cannot convince my husband to pay $400 for it as of yet. I say go ahead and buy the vacuum.
Q: Getting women is like selling vacuum cleaners...knock on enough doors and you WILL make a sale!Always keep that in mind when you think that there is no hope or some chick is doing you wrong. There are literally hundreds of chicks out there that are right for you just in your area! You just have to put forth the EFFORT into finding them, it a numbers game.It took me awhile of selling vacuum cleaners, but eventually I got the sale that allowed me to retire. This concept also applies for the ladies, however they aren't usually the one's doing the quot;knockingquot;.
Curious analogy..........I'm not sure you asked a question, sharing this with your date isn't going to make you hot to her........what exactly is your question? Unless, of course, you're saying you think vacuum cleaners are romantic............somehow....... Luck
Q: Hello, I'm thinking of purchasing Dirt Devil Vision vacuum cleaner that has a HEPA filter. I realize those filters are very expensive....how long do they last? (in terms of years, and in terms of how many times you emptied the cup approx).I'm new to vacuum cleaners, open to suggestions! Thanks! (100-200 price range)
I ran a housekeeping business for quite a few years and have tried many vacs. The cons to bagless vacs where you have to empty the cup/dirt container and clean the filter are... While the cups are usually easy to empty, the pleated filters are not and the dirt must be removed from them often for the vac to get enough suction. They are difficult, dirty and dusty to fool with. I started cleaning them with the hose attachment from an upright bagged vac. Just suck the filter clean with another vac. Not very convenient, needing 2 vacs. I always opt for bagged vacs now. They work great and you do not have to spend alot. Most are lightweight too. Buy the better bags that are thicker and keep the smallest particles from escaping. When full, remove and toss in the trash. Hardly messy at all. You should be able to spend under $100. Look for something lightweight and not bulky. I actually prefer to have two vac. An upright and a canister. The canister should be bagged also and lightweight. Canisters work so much better than uprights on hard floors and for edging and furniture. Then use the upright on carpets and large rugs. Do some thorough research before buying. Then save your receipts in case you get one home and are not satisfied.
Q: I've been looking for a central vacuum and I've found a selection on here - - do you know if they're cheap or will I get them cheaper somewhere else?
buy cheap you'll regret it the rest of your life-go for the best...
Q: I've seen a lot of advertisements for Sears Cannister Vacuums on sale or on closeout recently. Are these vacuums any good, on an absolute level, and also for the money they cost?
