- Q: Hi,I want complete manufacturing detail of USB Pen drives, flash disk, Mobile Memory card etc. I searched it through internet but unable to find any information which satisfies the need. Anybody could please tell me the procedure ,how can i start manufacturing of pen drive in india.I also need the machionary required for the assembling purpouse. so, where i would get all these things.please help me... please.sorry for the bad english..
- I think this technology is not available in India. Generally these things are imported from China.
- Q: We all know that taking medication with alcohol, driving, or use of machinery intensifies the effect of medicine, but how come water don't? I also heard that taking medication with an acidic juice will decrease the effect.Water is suppose to be pure but you do have chemicals in it.I'm a little backwards here on this. If you want the medication to work, shouldn't you do what you need to do to get it to take effect for you?I have a low tolerance for medication so I SERIOULSY avoid doing the 3 'don'ts' of taking medication. But there's people out there that find if the medication isn't working with water, then they'll take other means to get it to work.
- Ok... alcohol DOES intensify the effects of some medications, but driving and operating machinery does not. They say do not drive or operate machinery because you do not know how you are going to react to the medication. Sometimes the medications make you tired or less alert. LoL, that's funny!
- Q: I am not talking about homemade reloading. I'm talking about pooling up some money with some of my friends to buy commercial bullet/ammunition making machinery equipment, to manufacture our own ammunition from scratch, from the basic materials such as powder, lead, brass, and copper to the finished product = 1 fully assembled round of ammo.Due to the ammo shortage I see now, I see a great investment and commercial opportunity. Lead, copper, brass, and powder can be found in vast quantities, but ammo is in a shortage. But if I have the machines to melt, process, and combine these materials, I no longer have an ammo shortage. Where can I buy commercial ammo making machinery?
- In reality you WON'T save money by reloading 5.56,7.62x39 or 54R,there is just too much cheap stuff available and you will take too long recouping your costs when accounting for the press, dies, accessory equipment plus your consumables-and THEN add in your time. Reloading works well to gain accuracy or load for expensive or less supported cartridges-I reload for a 300 WSM instead of spending $40+ a box,so reloading for the other rifles is a bonus save/accuracy gain. If you had a WSM,Weatherby proprietary,RUM,RSAUM, boutique cartridges, 375 HH or larger;or things like a hot 6.5 x 55 Swede load,7mm Mauser, etc it would return your investment quickly. Your 300 Win Mag might get some accuracy gains and of course you can load specific bullets, but when you add a pistol cartridge you start needing a turret press instead of a single stage-almost doubles the press cost. Not going to dissuade you from reloading for what you can gain, but economically,it takes a while to see a benefit-and in the Russian loads you are dealing with questionable accuracy gains anyway. Best thing is to see what the Lee,RCBS,Redding,Hornady kits have in common-press,scale,hand primer, Lube Pad,etc-add to that a decent dial caliper, case trimmer of some type(Lee and RCBS take two TOTALLY different approaches),tumbler, and a bullet puller maybe.

- Q: I want to start export machinery spares parts from India. I don't know how to start? I did some research sent some email to foreign company but nobody replied..?? Please guide me step by step process. 1. How to approach foreign traders/foreign importers?2. How do I market my company?3. What are the legal procedure to export from India?4. What is market position for exporting machinery spare parts from India?
- Go to your board of trade in your community, importing Exporting the canadain goverment has booklets, when you dealing with another country you have to register your bussiness thats, insurance, bondable, frieght insurance, and the person that can help you is a custom broker there in the yellow pages, and you would have to look upindia custom, there tarrifs, its a lot but my suggestin is look for gov help, look on web site exporting products

- Q: Without machinery?
- you know the drill. sit ups. crunches. stuff like that.
- Q: There are two cabinet saws I like ones a shop fox 3hp cabinet saw with 50 inch extension 230v so I would have to wire it the other a powermatic pm1000 that's a 1 3/4hp cabinet saw that's runs on 115v so I don't have to wire which also has a 50 inch extension the shop fox is 1800 dollars the powermatic pm1000 2100 dollars so which is the one I should buy 10 points best and most helpful answer I'm also only a hobbyist not a professional
- if you are not planning to use the table saw for making and selling === as a hobbyist you do not need to spend 2K or 3K thousand dollars for a good table saw === you can buy a good table saw and inset it to a plywood extension table and actually have more flat surface than the high dollar saws that you have mentioned in your question ...... getting the right cut and a precise cut on most any table saw is the practice of measuring from rip-fence to blade cutting at the blade ---- measure the table grooves -- the blade cut to the rip fence -- several times == that is all the same stuff that you will have to do even with a $3,000.00 cabinet making table saw ..... It is not what you asked but it is a place to start shopping -- SEARS has a good selection of table saws and varied brands -- if this is your 1st table saw it is better to buy the two or three hundred model and learn what you want before the 2/3 K expense. Go to Sears and shop == remember the wood pusher stick to save fingers == and see what is available ...
- Q: A certain piece of machinery was purchased 5 yr ago by Garland Mills for $470,000. Its present resale value is $280,000. Assuming that the machine's resale value decreases exponentially, what will it be 3 yr from now? $___________.thanks
- decreases exponentially: A_t = A_0 e^(kt) A_0 = original value A_t = value at time t t = time elapsed from original value k = coefficient of growth/decay (or something like that) e = 2.718... using time, your original value, and current value, find k. from there, find A_t three more years down the road. units don't matter as long as they're consistent. and, your answer should make sense according to the context; i.e. less than $280000. hope this helps
- Q: Why are hydraulic systems used in machinery such as bulldozers and backhoes, while pneumatic systems are used for things like opening and closing bus doors? Please provide a lot of detail, and examples!
- The biggest advantage is the amount of power in a given space. Hyd systems typically operate at 2000psi and up, compared to about 80psi for pneumatic. Also, since fluid is non compressible, the moement distance can be linear. Many aircraft, and industrial equipment now use electric servos instead of hydraulics. Biggest problem with hydraulics is leaks. 2nd biggest problem is continuous power consumption to the pump. Lots of air power is used in industry, so it is the easiest way to move or clamp anything, with nothing more than an air cylinder and a valve. Each system has it's place to do different things.
