More excellent performance
• The optimizing layout of the machine makes the stress of the main bearing carriers more reasonable, and the lifting performance is higher than the products with the same tonnage.
• Apply the mature jib technique which integrates plug-in boom head, embedded boom block, and special telescoping mechanism, which makes the jib more stable and reliable.
• Optimize the stress design. Adopt the box-type outriggers which have larger span, stronger rigidity, and better stability.
More reliable quality
• Adopt the classic K series jib telescoping technique, working safer and more reliable.
• Make the most complete safety device system in the industry, ensuring the lifting safer and more reliable.
• The comprehensively upgraded brake system adopts double circuit air pressure design. Multiple systems ensure the brake safety of the truck during travel.
• The intensity and rigidity of the rotary table and frame structure with high rigidity are completely coordinated.
• The perfect integration of the design and structure realizes the automation of welding, which is more reliable.
Easier to maintain
• The optimizing design of the pipeline traces makes the layout more scientific and reasonable, greatly reducing the dismantling and installing time of the pipelines and the maintenance expense.
• Completely upgrade the electrical system. Adopt anti-creep connector clips, greatly prolonging the service life of the parts.
• Adopt K series rope anti-disorder technique, improving the lifting efficiency, reducing the labor intensity, and prolonging the service life of the steel rope.
• The telescoping steel wire rope oriented and protective device avoids the steel wire rope out of the track and broken.
More energy-efficient and environmental friendly
• Adopt double industrial automation control engine, featuring strong power and energy efficiency.
• Under the economical mode, it can meet the engine power requirement of the normal lifting work. Under the high power mode, it can meet the requirement of the high challenge and high efficient lifting work.
• Adopt the advanced matching technique, which makes the design more scientific. It can reduce the consumption of the mechanism, prolong the service life of the machine, and has high residual value.
- Q: managerial acounting
- Not exactly. Suppose you have a machine that costs $100,000 a year. That pays its debt service and other fixed costs. And the machine can make 100,000 widgets a year. If the machine just sits there, doing nothing, it'll cost $100,000 a year. If it's operating, though, there will be other costs associated with the machinery--repairs, maintenance, etc. So at full production, that machine might cost $150,000 a year. And suppose next year the company needs to make 110,000 widgets. It'll have to buy or lease a new machine, since the original machine has a maximum capacity of 100,000 widgets a year. So while the costs won't rise above $150,000 for the original machine, the company's total machinery costs will rise. Hope that helps.
- Q: What about the title of Mechanical Engineer?
- The second basic examinations are divided into 2 half day, each for 4 hours. Professional examination is divided into professional knowledge and professional case two parts, each part content is 2 half day, each half day is 3 hours. Article third in line with the "mechanical design registration Machinery Engineer System Provisional Regulations" eighth requirements, and has one of the following conditions, may apply for the basic examination:
- Q: Classification of materials in machinery industry
- Belonging to inorganic materials are refractory, ceramics, abrasives, carbon and graphite materials, asbestos and other organic materials; it is wood, leather, adhesive and synthetic polymer materials, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, synthetic fiber etc.; the reinforced composite material composed of resin matrix with non metallic fiber.
- Q: I figure construction sites need machinists
- I was an MR assigned to NMCB 27. So yes, you would see an MR as a Seabee!
- Q: I swore into the Navy and i chose MR over a few other jobs, the other jobs sucked and they said this was the better one of them all. Do you know where MR's are usually stationed and if its a cool job? thanks
- It's ok. As an MR, your job is to become proficient in the operation of heavy machinery and damage control equipment. Specifically, you will become skilled in working a lathe and die set to manufacture small parts and things for the ship (and you will be stationed on ship-MR is a sea-intensive rate). You also will make a lot of name tags and Bakelite placards, since you own the engraving machine. With the caveat that my experience is all small boy (FF/DDGs), here are the pros/cons of the job. Pros-learn really technical skills that can come in handy throughout life. Work with your hands. People want to be friends with you so you can hook them up with placards. Usually one of only a few on a ship-you as one man (or woman) can make a lot of difference. Cons-Work as part of Repair Department/Division, normally a pretty screwy, unorganized mess of a unit. Lots of knowledge-have to learn the DC/HT job as well. Especially on small boys, have to contribute to Engineering Department manning/watch, lots of work there. It's not a bad rate, but it is a lot of work, like everything else in the Navy.
- Q: electrical machineries
- For large or largish generators steam turbines gas turbines wind turbines water turbines diesel engines
- Q: Its for a project..
- looms, knitters
- Q: big machinery for tortilla making
- try a resteraunt supply place or use a hand powered one. Those you can find in any mexican store.
- Q: Are motorcycles, farm machinery, bicycles allowed on Ohio's I-71 and I-70?
- Motorcycles yes. no farm machinery or bicycles.
- Q: Please help me with the question above! I really really need it!If you help me thanks! lt;3
- That's incredibly complex. My hospital has literally hundreds of departments. Here's a few (I'm kind of mixing the jobs and departments together): E/R, neurology, adult medicine, child medicine, psychiatric wards and psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, surgeons with various specialties. . . The list is endless. Janitors and maintenance staff. Security people. Receptionists. Pharmacy and pharmacists. Even a gift shop. Nutritionists. Physical rehab people. X-ray techs. Cafeterias and cafeteria workers. Think of anything health related, and if you have a decent hospital in your area - trust me, they will have a department for it. ------------- I guess I didn't address the machinery thing - but same deal - it's an endless, endless list. . . MRI machines, blood pressure machines, even simple scales to weigh people on, centrifuges (blood lab), ovens (patients have to eat you know). Hospitals are just like HUGE technically advanced places where you go in and hope you aren't going to die that day (to me, at least).
