QTZ50(5008) tower crane is hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool and has excellent performance.

The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the effective amplitude of 50m and the maximum lifting moment of 500kN•m. The tower crane has the lifting height of 30m and the adhesion lifting height of 120m (2 magnification) during independent use.
All the speed indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane has the total installed capacity of 25.5kW, features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many medium-small construction enterprises.

The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.

Q: How the cranes can stand without any tipping with huge counter weights on its back? If there is no suspended load also the crane is is still stable with huge counter weights on its back. How it can possible? Why crane is not offballencing while we adding extra counter weights on it without any suspended load?: Usually the counterweights can move back and forth on an arm. They are moved toward the crane when there is no load and away from the crane when there is a load. If the counterweights can't move, then the crane must be designed to hold (at least) the minimum counterweights in their fixed location. As the crane gets loaded, the net moment decreases, and then increases in the other direction as more and more load gets added. It is still likely that the maximum design moment when loaded far exceeds the moment due to the counterweights on an unloaded crane.

Q: Can the tower crane personnel install the construction elevator?: Although it belongs to the construction of special operations, but the operation of different categories, tower crane demolition workers according to the requirements can not install the elevator!

Q: I am in dyer need of a camera jib wih very little budget and/or tools to build one. I am wondering if i can use a cymbal stand for a crash cymbal as a camera jib? My idea is to modufy it by attatching a small piece of wood to the top screw where you would put a cymbal the screw in an L piece (metal) to it or attach it ti the arm of the stand and just snigly fit it so as the arm is raised and lowered the L pice compensates and stays strait. i would attach the camcorder to the L piece with a 1/4 inch screw and washers. i also need the arm to move smoothly will this work with a crash stand. all advice i am grateful for thanks: Try okorder /

Q: If the crane Dawkings refers to about natural selection is not operating or existing by chance, then some questions arise:1) who or what is operating the crane?2) if its self operating, how is it programmed to do so?3) who made the crane?And about designing the designer, No one did. Otherwise the crane would be lifting the operator of the crane into the crane. I guess the crane can operate by itself, but then stopped doing so when something designed the designer. Too many philosophical conundrums for me. The belief in an unified, and self-complete, creator is far less of a complex explanation than the 'crane' concept with all its requisite philosophical flamings hog's heads.: Bit by bit you may come to realise that complexity out of simplicity is much easier to comprehend than complexity from nowhere.
