Q: I want to know if my golden hamster is to big to run through the plastic tubes they give you at the stores because I'm getting him a new cage.
No golden hamsters arnt too big. Unless it's like SUPER a fat hamster. Those animals can fit through the smallest spaces ever. But if your getting a new cage DON'T get one with a second story because my sister had one and her hamster tried to get to the second floor but cmiling thought where the wall and the second floor mets and got stuck and died, so if you love your hamster a cage with a second floor isn't good.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for waste management systems?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for waste management systems. Plastic tubes are commonly used for various applications in waste management, such as conveying waste materials, drainage systems, and ventilation. They offer durability, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion, making them suitable for different waste management needs. Moreover, plastic tubes can be easily installed, maintained, and are cost-effective, making them a popular choice in waste management systems.
Q: What can soften the glue that sticks the plastic tube?
Put into the water, so that it can prevent the plastic pipe damage, or can make the glue melt at high temperature.General decoration is hot melt method, followed by not glue. If it's glue, it's the PVC solvent. Demolition is not good, usually replaced.
Q: The babies are 5 days old and we haven't touched them yet. I read that the plastic tubes were bad for the babies ventilation but im afraid if we move them that she will eat them. She built the nest in one of the circles that stands upright. what do i do?
let her be a momma :) i learned the hard way from a similar situation that mice do infact eat their babies if they come in contact with humans. she will most likely move them soon, but if you are still concerned, get some clean rubber disposable gloves and put them on. next rub your hands in the mouse's bedding (sort of wash your hands in it) and then gently pick up each baby and set it in another corner. if momma moves them back let them be. if you are very worried just call a vet for advice. if they ask you to bring them in for examination, don't do it, they will charge you $50 to tell you the things i just did
Q: it cant have ANY plastic unless it has a wheel (if it does have a wheel, make sure its solid) and it must be suitable for 2 Gerbils. (it has to have multiple floors)
Please don't get a cage with bars because it would HAVE to have plastic. Make your gerbils happier with something bigger and more spacious :)
Q: I'm building a computer and I got to the liquid cooling option and I can't decide between copper tubing and plastic tubing. I've seen plastic tubing and know that plastic is easier to detach, but I think copper might cool the components better. Any suggestions?(Note-this is not a budget build by any means-I want to know which one performs better, not what's the best bang for your buck)
Copper is better bang but needs to be bent for each component. Plastic is flexible and just needs to be cut to length
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to UV degradation?
Yes, plastic tubes can be resistant to UV degradation depending on the type of plastic material used. Certain plastics, such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and HDPE (high-density polyethylene), are specifically formulated to have UV stabilizers that protect against degradation caused by exposure to sunlight. However, not all plastics are inherently UV resistant and may require additional coatings or additives to enhance their resistance to UV degradation.
Q: How can the pipe support for water supply and drainage be calculated?
The support of a drain pipe is contained in a pipe and is usually not counted
Q: Can mercury be stored in a hard plastic test tube?
If it can b stored in a thermometer, it can be stored in a test tube. You should seal it though
Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for industrial packaging?
Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for industrial packaging as they offer various advantages such as durability, flexibility, and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and impact. They can be easily customized to meet specific packaging requirements and are cost-effective compared to other packaging materials. Additionally, plastic tubes provide excellent protection to the packaged goods and can be efficiently labeled and stored, making them a reliable choice for industrial packaging.
