Q: How do flexible drives work? I want to transfer torque from one end of a flexible tube to another. I assume it uses some kind of very viscous continuum medium or a stack of flexible couple plates. Any book drawings, specs or book reference is what I am looking for. I couldn't find anything on Google. Thank you for your time and effort
very stable. Blue (the cat) says that that's genuine sheep lie for all time. He says additionally that the pony become lie too. Farmers do all forms of unusual issues. yet maximum of all those ventriloquists are the very maximum threatening of all. you should stay faraway from them.. warning against old jokes and humorous animal jokes!!!!!. (guffawing) we are very happy with you. you're making us chuckle...
Q: What are the advantages of using plastic tubes over other materials?
Plastic tubes offer several advantages over other materials, such as being lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion. They are also cost-effective and can be easily molded into various shapes and sizes. Additionally, plastic tubes are non-conductive, making them suitable for electrical applications, and they have excellent chemical resistance, making them suitable for a wide range of industries.
Q: why doesnt the plastic top of superglue stick to the tube?
It does eventually. Superglue has acetone in it, which is a solvent that's extremely volatile (evaporates very quickly). And, as long as the cap is properly sealed, the acetone won't evaporate for a while. So, the glue won't dry and glue the cap on. But, if the cap is open in the slightest - or simply over time - the acetone will start to dry up and the glue cures inside the cap. Then the only way to get it off is to use pliers to crush the hardened glue in the cap and then to twist the cap off. But, this usually ruins the cap and it will never seal properly again. At this point, it's better to just throw it away and get some more.
Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for medical diagnostics?
Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for medical diagnostics. They are widely used in various medical tests and procedures such as blood collection, urine analysis, and molecular diagnostics. Plastic tubes are sterile, disposable, and offer excellent durability and compatibility with different substances. They also provide a safe and cost-effective solution for sample collection, storage, and transportation in healthcare settings.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to UV discoloration?
Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to UV discoloration.
Q: I still have the fork tubes mounted to the bike. I have removed the cap, spacer tube, washer, spring, damper bolt (from the bottom of the tube) and removed the damper and short spring. I have pried the dust cap (rubber seal) and slid it all the way up. There is a piece of plastic? or nylon? that is blocking the circlip(I assume). I do not have a manual for this bike but I can not get one for a few days, so the help would be great!!
Just pry the plastic ring up (nothing is holding it). Perhaps it's stuck to the foam ring underneath it. After you remove the circlip, the the fork tube and lower will have to be pulled apart. The fork seal is in very tight. Hold the tube in one hand and the lower in the other hand. Push the forks together. Yank them apart with force (a bushing inside of the forks will hit against the seal like a slide hammer). They won't come apart in one pull. Push them - in - OUT -in - OUT - in - OUT
Q: Is the writing method of plastic pipes DN or De? What does that mean?
De (nominal outside diameter) *e (nominal wall thickness) is the seamless pipe representation. The plastic pipe shall be expressed as de (nominal outer diameter) *e (nominal wall thickness).
Q: How do you seal plastic tubes?
There are a few common methods to seal plastic tubes, depending on the specific requirements and materials used. One popular approach is heat sealing, where the open end of the tube is heated until it melts and then pressed together to create a tight seal. Another method is using adhesive or glue to bond the edges of the tube, ensuring it is securely sealed. Additionally, some tubes may come with pre-fitted caps or closures that can be easily snapped or screwed on to seal the contents.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for storing chemicals or reagents?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for storing certain chemicals or reagents. However, the compatibility of the plastic material with the specific chemical or reagent must be considered to avoid any potential reactions or leaching. It is important to choose a plastic tube that is chemically resistant and meets the requirements of the stored substance to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Q: Regarding the cigars. The following is for the humidity conditions. It is now 4:50 pm here, I am going to a party tomorrow at 4:00 pm. So 24 hours time. I live in South Africa and its winter here. I bought Romeo y Julieta cigars (Romeo No3 and 2) and a Blackstone Cherry (not a cigarillo). I don't have a humidor. But I looked in the tubes (Romeo Julieta tubes- they are metal tubes) of the Julietas and they have a wood layer around the inside of the tube. Will these cigars be fine in these conditions for 24 hours in their tubes? The Blackstone is in a plastic tube with no wood. Just plastic. Must I leave the cigars in their tubes in a Ziplock bag? And I have no waterpouches humidification pouches. I read on Cigars for less that tubes can preserve them for a long time. Oh, and I have air-conditioning in my room. But will the cupboard in my room work? I usually set the aircon between 18-21* Celsius. I can put the cigars somewhere else if it is better.
I would keep in a desk drawer lying on their sides wrapped in their tubes.
