Well, it sounds worse than it really is.. he did it once, then I washed the rug.. it was clean for a day.. then he peed on it once again. - Yes the Bissell Proheat 2X 8920 works great on pet stains. I have an older brother and sister-in-law who have one. They used it on dog stains in there house. I worked terrific.
- Q: why does the floor carpet start showing some wrinkles? too old?
- That is due to a failure in the backing, Whenever you walk on the carpet, you stretch the backing and it returns to its original state. But in a failed backing, the carpet backing becomes longer, thus the wrinkle shows up. You can have it stretched, or rent a stretcher and do it yourself. However, wrinkles are a sign of a failed backing and can be only temporally taken out by stretching. They will reappear as the carpet backing fails further.

- Almost any carpet store will either have on site or access to a rug binding service. When I had my store , we had the color choices of the binding and we then sent the carpet remnant out to a place that did just that, bind the edges to stop it from fraying. Ours were sent out on fridays and returned on the next friday. Just check with your local mom and pop carpet store. Most all places charge by the linear foot to bind or serge a rug. - Or... if it's synthetic, take it out onto the driveway hose it down, put some soap on it and brush it in lightly, then rinse it with the hose. My family used to put an old shower curtain down under the high chair. Works wonders. Good luck.
