The speedometer is just the way that the driver measures the speed of the passing earth. It should read .8c. I think that's right.

- This problem is too abstract. There are several cases: 1:, if the pipe thread (G, NPT, BSP), only need to use raw tape or liquid TEFLON coated, tighten can be. 2: some joints are sealed by the cone. Sealed by a cone (of a ferrule); some have O rings, others are straight. You can find it on PARKER's product samples. 3: some joints are screwed with M thread. Seal by type O ring or copper gasket. Go to the FESTO, SMC site and find the M connector. 4: there are other types of fast joints. There are too many kinds.

- NPT is a pipe thread. Threads on pipe have an OD to suit the pipe, the size of which is its nominal bore. 1/4 pipe has an approximate OD of 1/2, therefore. When used on pipe, the die cuts a tapered thread, not parallel. The mating tap, therefore, is approx. 1/2 OD. They are available in both taper and parallel threads. 1/4 UNF is 1/4 outside diameter. It is a screw thread. So of course it only talks of pitch and depth, the OD is 1/4! You don't tap pipes. You only tap pipe FITTINGS. As above, if the OD of the UNF is 1/4, there is NO WAY you could tap ANY hole that is 1/2 or 1 diameter, and never in a pipe.

- If you have a good fall on the water supply I would suggest you use a closed pipe. Start with a large diameter, reducing as the pipe drops from the supply weir. Remember that the pressure neat the top of the pipe will be small when compared with the pressure at the turbine end, so ensure that the pipe and fittings are graded in strength with this in mind. You may wish to reinforce the pipe with and outer sheath of reinforced concrete, this will allow the use of cheaper pipes but has the added cost of the concrete. Good luck with the project.
- Q: Hi, I'm trying to install a remote start system on my truck but I cant find the factory alarm system wires. I don't have a diagram for a 2011 because there isn't one available yet. I don't know if my truck even has an alarm system. On the key fob, there is a panic button.. would this be considered the alarm? If so, if anyone knows exactly where (in the kick panel) the factory alarm wires are, pleeease fill me in. (PS.
