Q:i am experimenting with prototype wind turbines and want to record how much power one creates over a period of time: Depends on the type of power or energy. Assuming electrical energy You want to measure energy not power, as power is a rate of energy production. Easiest is to get a watt-meter, but it has to be sized for your voltage and type of output (AC or DC), and you also need a load resistor (or resistor bank if the output is high). The watt-meter, which is actually a watt-hour meter, multiplies voltage by current to get power in watts, and multiplies that by time to get energy. There are other ways, such as thermal, but that only works short term. So you need a watt meter plus a load resistor (or active load), both sized for your wind turbine. So first thing is to determine your voltage and max current output, then size the watt-meter and the load.

Thank you in advanced.: If the camera's own adapter supplies 5.2V it should run equally well on 5V. The camera has internal circuitry to drop that voltage to the 3.5V level coming from the internal battery. Your second question is partly answered by that as well. As for the difference between 860 and 1, they are different units. 860 mAh is a capacity for work - it will deliver 860 mA for 1 hour or 430 mA for 2hours. My guess is that the camcorder will draw something like 900 mA and run for slightly less than 1 hour. The capability of the adapter to supply 1000mA does not mean that the camera takes that amount. It is good engineering practice to provide a safety factor: the power supply will not run so hot if it is working below its maximum.

Once a person dies, any power of attorney dies with them. The executor then has power over the estate according to the terms of the will. Any beneficiary of the will has standing to file suit against the executor or power of attorney and demand an accounting, especially since they're making statements like that. If there is no will, any of the people who stand to inherit according to the laws of intestate succession (the laws of who gets a dead guy's stuff when there's no will) can bring suit against this person. If they are wielding a power of attorney post mortem (after the principal's death), they may owe the estate every dollar they took.

Q:His illness came on suddenly and he's been a vegetable for over 3 weeks, his family and I are all in agreement that his sister should be the decision maker as to his treatment, etc,and the hospital recognizes her as the decision maker, however, there is no power of attorney documents. I know she can go to court for guardianship but that is costly.
