1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: I have water damage on a ceiling tile in my basement. The water damage is on a tile on the perimiter of the room. The water damage is adjacent to the room wall. However when I pulled the tile up I was surprised that I didn‘t find the source to any water above it. There was also no water damage on the tile where the angle bracket held the tile up. The water damage on the tile started in a straight line from the edge of the angle iron. Also there appeared to be a larger brown stain on the finished underside of the tile with a much smaller slightly damp appearance on the unfinished top of the tile. I‘m wondering if this means that my water source is not above the tile but in fact moisture from the room. However all of my other tiles around this one are dry with no damage. Thanks in advance.

- Sounds like it probably has a wax finish on it? If so you can go to Lowes or Home Depot and get floor stripper. OR you can try to put comet in your mop water. I would think maybe something like vinegar and water would clean it and disinfect, but take away any slippery residue.

- You should not apply tiles on plywood, you'll be doing a great mistake, use a cement mortar directly on a concrete base, they'll last almost a lifetime....

- You did not state whether the tile is glazed or terra cotta. If it is glazed, you will not be happy with the result of painting it. So forget that. However, if the tile is terra cotta then its surface is somewhat porous, and if it has never been treated with a tile sealant then it can be stained. First, if you can, test a scrap of tile or a small area that is not very visible. You might also want to carefully use a grout sealant only on the grout to protect the grout from being stained. - Q: I need to know if flexbond is the best stuff to use for this type of job for a do it yourselfer. I have never worked with this stuff. I have only used regular thin set mortar in the past. - Tile and use almost as a regular thin set. Flexbond like any stronger thin set will tend to set up a bit faster than standard thin set . This because of the added latex in the thin set. Mix a bit less than normal. Mix and let set for 5/10 minutes and mix again, being very important when using extra modified thin set. Although this is a stronger thin set and will bond to ply wood.
