FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own                design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000            pcs.

Q: How many types of tiles are there?
6) antique brick Antique tiles are evolved from glazed tiles, essentially glazed porcelain tiles. Compared with ordinary glazed tiles, the difference is mainly reflected in the color of the glaze above, antique tiles are ordinary tiles, and the disk is basically the same, the so-called antique, refers to the effect of brick, antique effect should be called tiles, Antique brick is not easy to clean. The only difference is in the firing process, the antique brick technical requirements are relatively high, thousands of tons of hydraulic press after pressing, and then by thousands of high temperature sintering, to its high strength, with a strong wear resistance, carefully developed Antique tiles both waterproof, non-slip, corrosion-resistant features. Common specifications: 300 × 300 mm, 400 × 400mm, 500 × 500mm, 600 × 600mm, 300 × 600mm, 800 × 800mm and so on.
Q: I‘m redoing my shower and want a tile floor at least. The bottom of the floor is about 6‘x6‘. I either want big tiles or the smaller tiles that are already connected on the back of them. Ideas?
Where I live we have a place that sells used house fixtures. They go to demolition sites and scavage everything that is usable. They resell it and the proceeds go to the Habitat for Humanity. You can often get very inexpensive materials there. Maybe your city has a place like this too.
Q: It has been installed on a concrete slab for about five months now, could the slab not have cured right or is the tile layed wrong?
It is common on a poorly made one such as yours. People who laid them for has no masters degree, thats why they make a living of laying tiles. The work should have guarantee for one year and Im sure you kept some extra tile. Now you can get them to fix it for you with no charge.
Q: I took off all the old flooring in the bathroom and whats left is wood (plywood), can I tile directly onto the plywood or do I need to set something down first?
Sure you can. Go to any reputable tile company. They should be able to supply and tell you to... 1st apply a flexible rapid set adhesive... 2nd then place on top a fiberglass mesh (this giving strength). pushing this onto the adhesive using the flat edge of the tool used to put the adhesive down.( doing a small area at a time and working your way to the door ) Once the adhesive is set, you again put another layer of adehsive down and your tiles. When set you can grout :-) This system will give you flex and strength so that you tiles will not move and crack, and raise the floor not much thicker the your chosen tiles. HAPPY TILING :-))
Q: Okay the apartment i live in was built in the 60‘s and unfortunately everything is completely out of date. Trying to get the maintnence people out is more of a hastle than help. So im trying to do this myself. The stuff inbetween the tiles no matter how hard i scrub with scrubbing bubbles and kaboom and everything doesnt come clean this yuckiness is all over lining the tub and all tiles. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can fix this what to use or if i need to regrout how do i do this ? thanks
go to your local hardware store and ask for a grout removing tool. This tool will scrape out the old grout and then you can renew it.
Q: What is the drill bit?
Ordinary glazed tiles can be hammer or dual-use drill with the impact drill, The tiles should be fitted with hand drill with glass drill.
Q: I don‘t have a ton of money for my kitchen but I feel I can do some minor things. I) Orange countertop MUST go. I am seriously considering due the lack of counter space in the kitchen, what you see is my only countertop space, is move the fridge to the wall on the right, which you cant realy see in this pic, but there is an inside interior wall im going to set the fridge against, and then extend the countertop the wall, and put a base cabinet below it, and one above it to be the same size vertically as the one next to the fridge. A neutral beige-ish countertop, and then probably a range top thing for above the stove. Replace old sink faucet too.My question about making a tile backsplash for above the sink, would ie be more logical to measure it out, and put the tiles on a piece of plywood and screw that 2 the wall instead of grouting the wall and tiles affixed to the wall directly.

Q: How to introduce tiles
For example, what material is done What are the characteristics such as non-slip and so on There is where the shop in the shop where there are any benefits There is the color characteristics Decorative features and so on
Q: I need to install tiles on the floors of a 500 square foot apartment. I am torn between ceramic tile and vinyl. What is the price differential in terms of materials and labor? In otherwords: in total, how much would I pay to have the entire apartment tiled in ceramic vs. vinyl? Please note I am not a DIY person AT ALL so approximate labor prices are crucial. Thanks!
vinyl tile would be a lot cheaper..off the top of my head and if the place is empty and the floor that the vinyl tile is going over is in good shape, you are probably looking at around 800 dollars........ceramic maybe 3 to 4 thousand......these figures are far from exact but the vinyl tiles could probably be finished in a day, whereas, the ceramic could take 4 to 5 days in all.........
