1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q:I‘m trying to tile a map using swing (JPanel and JFrame) but don‘t know where to start. Ideally the map would end up looking like pokemon or 2D zelda games, where there is an invisible, underlying grid, and the person occupies one spot at a time. Does anyone know how to do this?I can get a sprite to move, but that‘s based on pixels, not on tiles. If you know how to do this, can you paste code and explain it?
- That's the most efficient way to do it. You use math to calculate positions, so the tiles are virtual. Unless you really need to draw tiles with boundaries, don't show them (like the original Warcraft game). Perform all of your calculations like movement and clicks-to-tile conversions based on pixel location. This is far more efficient that trying to do it with lots of actual Java subpanels merged together. But, note that it's a lot of work and you have to carefully work out your calculations to make sure your clicks are aligned correctly. One mistake I made with a hex map once was I used doubles and I casted them to integers too early, and the slight different (by losing percentage) threw all my calculations off slightly. The trick is to create your background image tiles so that they blend seamlessly together on all sides. That will take a LOT of effort.

- Absolutely cannot tile atop laminate. Neither ceramic or vinyl tile can go atop a laminate. You said your on a slab so you can bond right to that normally . You won t know what you ll need as far as to treat the slab until you pull stool and laminate. Stool should go right back on w/ a wax ring if laminate is down now. I don t chance it. I get the slightly higher wax ring w/ a sleeve when I re install a stool. When tiling around a stool flange just cut/nip the tile almost up to it, you have almost an inch of play. - Q:Do you have, or know someone who has these tiles in the bathroom? What is their experience?
- Modern stick on tiles work well with occasional dampness. I've got them in my mud room and I installed them in a friend's mud room as well. They've held up perfectly for years. The issue you're more likely to have problems with is with the subfloor. If water can get between the tiles it will be absorbed by most subfloors. Once it's in there it has a hard time evaporating out since the tiles cover the surface. An easy way to avoid this problem is to coat the subfloor with a couple layers of polyurethane before applying the tiles. Just sweep and vacuum the floor to get it nice and clean, then brush on a coat. You don't need to make it perfect or anything, you're just creating a water barrier. Once that one dries apply one more coat, let it dry, wipe the entire surface down with 220 grit sand paper to knock down any lumps or bumps that might have occurred from raised grain or particles being trapped in the poly. 100 square feet should only take you about an hour and a half of labor total and then you shouldn't ever have to worry about water damaging the subfloor.
- Q:I am planning on laying down tile in my dining room and kitchen. I recently saw an offset pattern with 12x12 tiles and liked it. I‘ve now decided to go with the same offset pattern but with 20x20 ceramic tiles. Would I still have to find the center of the room and start tiling out from the center or can I just start at one wall and go from there since i‘ll be using the offset pattern? Thanks in advance.
- Starting at the center is the only way, regardless if the tile is in line or offset as you plan. Especially with the 20x20. it would look odd to have a 2 tile on one side and an 18 tile on the other. Remember, there is a vertical plain as well as a horizontal plain. Your pattern, with two rows and spacers should be layed out wall to wall up down as well as right and left. That is an easy way to determine your first and second tiles. Mark those two tiles with a magic marker. A rough starting point is determined by measuring the length of the room, convert to inches then divide by 20. This gives you the number of tiles aprox.,divide this number by two (2) and set the first tile at aprox 1/2 the distance from the wall

- Q:I want to put vinyl tiles on my pre-existing ceramic tiles but in some areas there is no ceramic tiles and I need something to fill in the gap to make my floors even when I put on the vinyl tile. What should I use? Then when my floors are even how do i put my tiles?
- To make an even floor with lost or break tiles, if you are not interest to demo late floor the most wise way is to use mortal concrete for places that there's no tile and after 4 hours that concrete get to gather make a liquorish (but not too liquid like juicer concrete ) and with on broom apply all cross of the tiles to making even between the tiles (grout is always lower than tile surface) After this operation when complete concrete get dried . Apply special glue comes with tiles (Ask when you going to buy tiles) and install your tiles ,do not let adhesive get hard and install your tile fast as you can or apply adhesive just in point that you are working on .
