2. What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:can I lay porcelain floor tiles butted up with no grout. These will be laid on underfloor heating? They are quite large 600 x 600. Any info will help. Thanks: No you shouldn t.. Dirt, dust and every day stuff will accumulate in the joints and be almost impossible to get out. All tiles are designed to have a space, some smaller and some larger than others. The grout the goes between the tiles is part of the system to make it stable. Sealing the grout is a major help in keeping it clean and stain free, if this is your concern. Porcelain is made to have a sanded grout along with a space of 1/8 to about 1/4 inch. Or 3/6 mm This spacing will also help make up for minor tile sizes that will throw you off if you try to but them tight. Q:I have really old honeycomb tile in my bathroom and it would be extremely difficult to remove it. The surface is pretty flat .Would ceramic tile work best , or something like self stick vinyl tiles?: The answer to your question is NO...The reason is that you would end up with cracking tiles and lifting. Not to mention that the cement won't stick long term. You can rent a tile remover for little cost if you are willing to put in a weekend of sweat equity. It sure beats spending thousands on a contractor to do it.

Q:evora tile: Hard and almost impossible to say. Places like that will buy pallet loads of sometimes discontinued tiles , factory over runs and slower sellers. Some times its factory 2nds or ( builders grades) . Any brand name they might buy is often private labeled just for them . Sometimes looking at the tile I can tell or sometimes the box style can give it away . There are on occasion markings or initials on tile backing that will give away the tile manufacturer. These are good for counting. Anything bigger and they' re hard to handle for little kids. Larger tiles can be donated to older art classes for the kids to use. Q:so i was wanting to lay some ceramic tiles down in a small room. right now in the room i think theres vinyl tiles and they r laid right on top of the pplywood floor. so im just wondering am i able to just lay the ceramic tiles right on top of the plywood floor after i tear up scrape up the old floor? any advice?: Kat and Kevin, It is not absolutely critical to put down material over the plywood before tiling. It's just better to do so. Nowadays, most people use backer board on top of the plywood. This is because backer board doesn't shrink or swell due to changes in moisture content. However, I've seen and done tiling directly over plywood in the past. This is done when customers are on a strict budget. In most homes built with plywood sub floors, tar paper is usually used between the two layers of plywood sub flooring. This acts as a moisture barrier and prevents the bottom layer and floor joists from being exposed to moisture. (I have seen tiling work done directly over plywood and it has lasted, without cracks in the gout, for 20 years). Having said that, it's best to lay down something like backer board. Increasing the height of your floor can be a problem with any addition to the plywood sub floor. Sometimes doors or other items can be affected by the increased height. You can also use different thicknesses of backer board to prevent too much height, while still using the board.

My question is for resal (4-5 years) what is a better tile to lay; polished tile or regular glaze. I like the shiny clear coat look the polished has but someone mentioned it picks up footprints and it is not good for resale.Also, I was thinking that If I went with a larger tile, 18X18 or larger that it would look much cleaner with less grout lines, but since its only an area of 500sf that it would make my place look smaller than it is?any suggestions are helpful. Thanks: Porcelain can absolutely be a polished surface. Mechanically polished porcelain does need a sealer applied before a contrasting color of grout is used. The surface is a polished unglazed and needs to be sealed. Shiny glazed tile, whether ceramic or porcelain is an enamel glaze in a shiny finish. Totally different than polished, through body porcelain. Don t believe everything you hear.

Q:I‘m assisting my friend with a property renovation and I need to know with tiles to buy. Can you guys help me out?: I trust you're talking about flooring for a retail situation. Any decent floor tile works fine, I'd suggest something with a rough texture, for safety in case of wet situations -- spills, rain being tracked in, etc. Outlet stores can be found which offer excellent value, but limited selection -- retail finish out usually is heavily price driven, so look for bargains. Large tile for large spaces, smaller but not too small for smaller spaces. If you buy 2 different sizes (must be same thickness), you can easily make a pinwheel pattern by placing a big tile on the floor then putting small tiles around the 4 corners, and set big tile into the created corners (play with them a bit, and you'll figure it out). If you use a pinwheel, calculate the number of each tile needed by figuring the ratio of sizes. You'll need an equal number of pieces each size, allow 1/8 to 1/4 inch mortar joints, and remember grout costs more per sq ft than tile, and larger joints require more cleaning. Use darkish grout to minimize cleaning issues.

My husband picked it out and it just does not look good next to the other tile he put in. I would hate to rip it out and lay a new one.Would the paint sets you buy at home depot for your garage floors work?: Your tile is most probably a glazed ceramic, meaning no paints would be able to penetrate to the biscuit. This means that all your paint would flake off over time. There is a glue on the market called Optima, and it is made by ABA Ardex. This glue comes in two parts, and it enables you to tile directly over tile. It isn't cheap though, so be weary when doing large areas. Other than that, most flexable glues would work if you remove 80% of the glaze, which means taking a grinder to the floor, which is hard and DIRTY work. If you were to do this, I would reccommend Abaflex.
