FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q: The previous owner placed VCT tiles on beautiful hardwood floors. I want to remove them, without messing up the wood too bad, since I want to sand and wax the floors after I remove them.Is there a way to do this without ruining the floors? Can I rent a machine? Should I try to heat up the tiles? They are glued on very well, and its a large area. The machines I have seen so far, look like they are made to remove tiles that are placed on concrete. Thanks in advanced
Try a product like Goof Off first. They sellit at Home Depot or Lowes. It cost about $4.00 for a 16 oz can. Wipe on liberally with a cloth and wait a few minutes and scrub off with same cloth. It does have a somewhat harsh smell at first, so make sure adequate ventilation is available especially for a child. I am a contractor and have used this on several types of floor adhesives, but of coarse there are some that will need to be sanded.
Q: 10x7 ft room (70 square ft)I already took up the linoleum which was hard to do and there is some linoleum backing on most of the floor I cant get up that they will removethey will lay something on the floor that will prevent the tile from crackinggluing down the tile and grouting and sealing itI am in the southgrand total $1000.00 labor labor and materials is $15.00 a square ft
That sounds about right for hiring it done.
Q: Tiles are divided into several categories, respectively, which are?
According to the process points, can be divided into quintana brick, polished tiles, tiles, ceramic tiles, antique tiles, glazed tiles, in which tiles and polished tiles are all bricks. Polished tiles are divided into seepage tiles, powder, polycrystalline powder; polished tiles and Asian throw; According to the use of points, can be divided into inside and outside the wall tiles, indoor and outdoor tiles, square brick, supermarket bricks, pool tiles, etc. There are many kinds of tiles, the key is to see from which angle to points.
Q: Theres only a doorway no door separating my bedroom to my bathroom? Should I finish it with the Wood flooring or go with a ceramic tile?
I would opt for tile. If you are looking at ceramic tile, I would find a stone effect tile that has similar tones of beige/brown as your wood flooring. This will make for an easier transition when your eye follows the floor line into the bathroom. In addition, I would consider 12 x 12 tiles as opposed to the smaller Mosaic tile. This will open your bathroom and give the impression of larger area. I strongly advise that you do not use the wood flooring in your bathroom, as the moisture created and the occasional water spillage may cause the floors to warp after a short time. Water is a natural enemy of wood flooring!!!! Good luck.
Q: Is it possible to remove just the top row of the ceramic tile on my bathroom walls without damaging the remaining tile? I‘d like to replace the top row with glass tiles for a more updated look.
in case you're only worried approximately eliminating the tiles, and don't care in the event that they are broken in the process the eliminating, then chisel and hammer could artwork. besides the undeniable fact that! in case you're attempting to maintain those previous tiles in tact, that's a plenty tougher technique. Secondly, you stated the partitions have been plaster (and lathe in the back of that?) as quickly as those partitions are compromised, that's a great form of artwork to re-plaster. different concepts: a million. call a enterprise who resurfaces previous tiles with yet another colored ceramic coating, 2) shrink out those sections of partitions and set up different ingredients, like granite, abbatibi (sp?) , fiberglass sections, or 3) pull down the previous partitions, post new greenboard and re-tile with the tiles of your selection. in case you % an spectacular consequence, i could flow with the 0.33 selection, besides the undeniable fact that that's a great form of artwork. some weeks in case you're working area time and definitely know what you're doing. If it is not probably important to have it final for say, better than 7 years, i could merely have a enterprise re-coat the tile. it will take them a million-4 days and could fee equivalent to or under the different concepts. sturdy success! It' an ambitious undertaking.
Q: I need to remove several tiles for repair and replace the tiles with as little damage as possible
good luck,be as careful as you can, but you will still break 1 or more,a dremmell with a grout attachment will help a bunch,i've used one several times and though i broke 1 i was able to get 8 out without breaking more
Q: What is all porcelain called semi-tiles
First explain what is all porcelain what is semi-porcelain All porcelain: firing temperature greater than 1200 degrees embryo body water absorption is low, after the extension of the rate of low embryo clay and semi-porcelain different porcelain process for large pieces of tiles such as 800 * 800MM, 1 m * 1 m tiles The reason is related to the mold, simply said that the whole porcelain manufacturing large tile cost is relatively low if the manufacture of small pieces of tiles, then the cost will be high Semi-porcelain: firing temperature less than 1200 degrees embryo body water absorption than the whole porcelain slightly higher after the heat after the elongation slightly higher embryos and all porcelain due to the cost of the problem if the small pieces of wood tiles or other small pieces of ceramic tile The cost will be very high so that the ceramic manufacturers in the country did not do a few small ceramic tile all the time to do even the export because few people in the country to buy small pieces of all-ceramic tiles
Q: my bathroom has brown tiles that i hate i bourgh white and stone tile paint there rubbish can i use another paint what kind i cant re tile landlord wont let me so need help
You need to paint tiles with tile paint, especially if they're in a wet place like your bathroom or toilet. Alternatively (if you want to put yourself into more expense), you can buy a universal sealant to first seal the tiles. Paint the sealant onto the tiles and give it enough time (according to manufacturer's specifications) to dry. You can then paint over this with emulsion paint. One word of warning: Don't expect it to last forever and it may scratch easily. It'll look good though... I've used this method in the link below. I painted granite and tiles. ourdiyprojects /transform-an-u...
Q: Is it hard to fit tile around the toilet? Should I start there first?
it's not hard to do but you have a little bit of cutting to do. to start with the peel an stick, i would start in the middle of you doorway to the bathroom and go straight across the room( you want full tiles in front of the door) and leave cut ends to the one side. once you get that line across and use a laser line if you have one, everything else is smooth sailing... before you put the peel and stick down... what do you have on the floor now? if you have other tile down, i would not put new stuff over top of it, it usually don't stick right, try putting a thin sheet of plywood down or(i believe it's called mahogany) you can buy thin sheets of this. put it down first and then tile. it's a little bit more work but it's worth it, cost less too if your not replacing in a few months too. Have fun, it's easy, i did mine first try!!! :)
Q: i want to use broken tiles for flooring in the balcony. what is the procedure?? and how do i start??please suggest.
I suggest that you first prep and fill your concrete and let dry. Next you should lay out some tile pieces on an area near your starting point fitting the pieces together like a jigsaw puzzle. Next spread some tile mastic over an area equal to the size of the area where you have laid out tile pieces that fit together. Next, quickly set the tiles in the mastic in the same pattern that you had them laid off to the side leaving at least about 1/8th gaps between the tile pieces. When you are finished, scrape off any mastic that does not have tile set in it. Repeat this process until you completely cover your floor. Allow to dry for a day and then fill the cracks with grout. Allow the grout to dry for a day and then do an acid wash to remove the grout residue.
