To warm the tube, when it is still un-attached, try dipping it in lukewarm water, keeping the ends out to avoid water getting in. If it is working but not enough, take a second 'bath' a little warmer. If the tube is already in place, try a blow-dryer, on low heat and only a few seconds as first. Lengthen the time if it is not enough. Be carefull about heating the model, as parts are often glued with hot-glue and might get unstuck if to warm.
