Q: I'm out there running the weedeater, with safety goggles and earplugs so I don't go deaf, and while doing the sidewalk, this young woman jogging and pushing her baby in a stroller runs RIGHT BY me (2 feet!).Dust, grass and a few pebbles are flying everywhere! We use a combination of woods. Oak takes a lot of air. It's seems to have a higher combustion temp makes long lasting coals, good for dutch oven cooking. Pine is soft, makes a good kindling, smells nice. The resins can be injurious- burning pine without adequate ventilation can cause pine fever. Maple is lovely to split. It rots fast and may make an acrid smoke. If it dies standing up, you will get a nice, bright fire. Ash is a really rough wood. Sawing and splitting ash will shine your tools! This is burnable green or dry (so it's said). Ash burns hot. Not a great wood for kindling. Black locust is very dense. Only use it after you have the fire burning. We cook on live fire, not waiting for coals.

Q: In 1998, I was working at Publix In Fort Pierce, FL. as a front service personnel. I had just finished bringing some groceries to a customers car, and was walking in with the cart in one hand and my umbrella in the other because it was raining. Q: these stripes were applied professionally from the factory..I am looking for away to soften the material(3M reflective) to pull this off from the paint?: If you mean the drain pipe that connects to your sewer system it can get pricey depending on how much needs to be removed, replaced. Typically, the costs come in labor rather than in parts when it comes to pipes and fittings. IF what you're asking about involves where the toilet seats to the floor, and IF you actually need to replace everything vs. just reseating the commode (1 source of leaks in a toilet is a bad seal $10.00 part and 45 minutes of labor), then at a minimum you're looking at getting a new flange, (perhaps with extensions), a new wax ring, likely an elbow of some kind, and an appropriate run of pipe. All those parts run about $50.00 (Give or take) when working with plastic/PVC. More with metal. To replace them means moving the commode (15-30 minutes), cleaning the area and removing the damaged pipe. Depending on the damage that could take a couple of hours or it could take another 15-30 minutes. Replacing, cementing, fixing, futzing I'd anticipate 2.5 hours and $75.00 in parts. Not sure what your plumber charges by the hour. Good luck.

Q: My friend and I covered (brushed) his rolled roofing (1 layer) with Black Jack fibered roof coating (black). His roof is flat with a 15 degree slope top to bottom. His roof had leaks and it rained 2 days before we covered the roof. The roof felt dry when we started. The temperature range has been 45-85 with some dew in the morning. It has been a couple of days and the covering is blisteringsmall blisters that just seem to contain air. Is it possible moisture from below the roof surface trying to escape? It had been dry for a month before the day of rain that preceded our project, and dry since. Is it the morning dew causing a problem? Most important, is it ruined, or can we roll out the blisters with a rubber roller or something? I'm wondering how long the coating takes to cure as well, as it seems a bit soft to walk on.
