Made from 100% recyclable materials, CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems are not only environmental friendly, but also satisfy many properties necessary to withstand the aggressive conditions both internal and external of the pipes and fittings: these properties include its excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, impact and fire. CMAX also has low noise transmission compared to common UPVC drainage pipe systems. CMAX is designed as long lasting building materials.
Standard:
CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems with nominal size between 40-300mm comply with BS EN 877.BS EN 877 guarantees the quality of the materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties(like water pressure, tensile strength and brinell hardness) appearance, and the standard coating for the epoxy cast iron pipes, fittings and couplings.
Strength:
Iron is well known for its strength and abrasion resistance. The shape and impact strength of CMAX products are unchanged under exposure of sunlight and weathering, while UPVC and PVC pipes would soften, deform and become brittle under intense temperature change.
Quiet:
CMAX’s sturdy and dense properties reduce pipe vibration a silent drainage system.Studies had proven iron is the quietest material out of all other common drainage system.
Non-Toxic and Non-Combustile:
No toxic gas will be emitted from CMAX in the event of fire. Iron is also non-combustile,so epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are recoverable after fire.
Anti-Corrosive:
All CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are internally and externally finished with corrosive resistant epoxy coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. The epoxy on CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings provides an excellent exterior under humid and tropical conditions.
Coupling:
Lightweight couplings are specially engineered to guarantee a strong, quick and easy connection between CMAX pipes and fittings. Made from stainless steel with rubber gaskets, the coupling match pipe and fittings non-corrosive properties.
- Q: I'm in Architecture school (want to be a developer and design my own projects).I'm currently working for a broker and planning on getting my broker's license as well.Is this a good way of getting experience towards getting a job at a Real Estate Development company after graduation?I have an associates in Real Estate and soon a Bachelors of architecture. In the future I might get an MBA in Finance. Is this a good plan or what do you recommend?
- No... the real estate agent route will not get you there. In most states, getting a broker's license takes 3 years of being an RE agent, and it does not really help you in development projects... you will save the 3% on buying of the land and selling of the properties, but there are other ways to recoup those costs (just being an agent, or having a referral license come to mind. If you want to be a developer: work for a developer, if you are learning architecture, you hae skills they would need. Other options; engineering (civil) firms, City or county planners office, Large local utilities (gas/water/electricity) in their development office. Real estate management company might help also.... HUD... a bank that has real estate holdings...lots of options... RE broker is not one.
- Q: How much do they cost.... What if I have a very broad area in which I would like to look at homes in.... What if I don't end up finding a home for a while.... How do I find the right agent..... Any information on real estate agents would be appreciated, but emphasis on the specific questions above.
- Attend open houses. Also, pick up the local real estate books that they give out for free. Find a few houses you like and call the listing agent and ask to see the house. That will give you a chance to meet a few local agents and see if there is anyone you mesh well with. We used Remax with our last purchase/and sell. However, I would not base my decision on a specific company name....each realtor is different and unique. Try to stick with a company that has a more well known name (none of those discounted fees places or tiny companies) so you know you are getting the most accurate information possible. If possible, it would be nice if the agent was close to your age, so that they can relate to why you are looking for certain features or locations, and can better foresee other homes that may be perfect for you that maybe you are overlooking as being somewhat unfamiliar with the area. Good luck! Look at several houses before making any offers!
- Q: Whats the best way to approach cold calling a large commercial real estate firm about career opportunities? I'm a recent a graduate with a Finance and Economics degree, but I don't have a real estate license...
- You don't need a real estate license in order to apply for a job with a commercial real estate company, plenty of people work for commercial real estate companies in positions that don't require one. If you want to go into leasing then you'd need one. What position are you looking for, corporate accounting and finance etc? I guess just submit your resume and ask for a business card for the person who you could speak to then make a follow up call a couple days later.
- Q: i,m 13 and i know it's a long time till it's happening but i live in norway and i have set my mind to be a real estate agent... in us. Is it difficult to become a real estate agent? i'm planning to educate there. what do i have to be good at, at school?
- Becoming a real estate agent in the US is not terribly difficult. You must take a test to get your license and you can study for the exam on your own and take the test when you are ready. A license is good for one state only, if you want to practice real estate in another state, you will have to take that state's exam. The most important part of any real estate agent's job is marketing. Learn marketing, sales, and personal relationships. That is how you will make the most money as a real estate agent. Read the book How to Win Friends and Influence People. Then take classes in marketing and sales. You will be ahead of the game if you do those things.
- Q: I have my real estate license....somewhat new to it. My husband and I are looking to buy our first house. We currently live in Manasquan, I have my whole life and don't want to leave. We can't afford it. Our goal is to move to Brick for a few years and hopefully make some money off of a house, so that we can move back to Manasquan before our son goes to school. We have found a few different homes...we don't care if we make a ton of money off of them, as long as we don't lose any....you think we will be ok? or do you think Brick real estate is staying where it is?
- NJ real estate ballooned way to fast from 2001-2006, and since has tailed off considerably. it should be a little less profitable for awhile. the problem is as you live in Brick both areas will increase in value, but after time you will know if you can handle a bigger payment or not, and you might actually find yourself making very good money after a few years in Real estate. Learn your job well, and you will get back in Manasquan...but I would tell you from my experience get the hell out of NJ, it is a rip off, I lived there for 27 years, there are so many better places to live.
- Q: I am a stay at home mom in IL who is looking to get my real estate license. I have a Bachelors degree. I am looking for online classes to get my license if possible since I have little kids. What are some reputable places/websites that I go to? Seems like they are expensive confusing and just looking for money. Any advice would be great! Thanks.
- Don't do an online class even if you find one! Laws differ from state to state and you want to take classes in the state you are living in. If there is an online course, it should be provided by a local broker. Your best bet is to sit down and to start calling every real estate company in your area. You may find that there is only one school in your area, so you might not have much of a choice. However, you will meet other people there and begin making contacts in the business right away. You will also have someone you can ask questions of on a face-to-face basis. Also, there are some real estate companies who will refund you the cost of the tuition once you pass your state exam and/or close your first sale. Keep looking and good luck.
- Q: I want to apply for a Business Loan so that I can buy investment property to rent out. I have an excellent credit, a condo that is currently being rented out but I do not exactly what kind of real estate should I do Business? - RE is a nice funding so long as thoroughly investigated, and the growth in foreclosure has opened truly property making an investment up once more to new avid gamers I could advise that you don't purchase the estate to your title and allow the manufacturer Carry the paper, it's going to deliver you larger safety in your private resources, even though as a rule a sole owner does no longer have a lot safety besides... seem at a feasible re-group of the trade. Talk in your tax accountant and legal professional for the excellent recommendation. Lenders can do what ever they wish, nevertheless they'll most likely push to have you ever signal on as a private warranty, where case you're no longer protective your private resources both method.
- Q: what is this specific niche in real estate? i'm not too knowledgable on the subject...any help would be appreciated!
- there are investors who try to find people who want to sell ASAP and don't care if they sell for a lowball price. these people put signs on telephone poles offering to buy houses fast. the sellers are in distress or the family of someone who died. the investor might turn around and resell the house to another investor or a regular buyer.

- It possibly a good inspiration to come to be an authorized actual estate agent. Courses are taught at most nearby neighborhood faculties. You want a base before you invest. The actual property direction, and expertise will give you that base.
