Made from 100% recyclable materials, CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems are not only environmental friendly, but also satisfy many properties necessary to withstand the aggressive conditions both internal and external of the pipes and fittings: these properties include its excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, impact and fire. CMAX also has low noise transmission compared to common UPVC drainage pipe systems. CMAX is designed as long lasting building materials.

Standard:

CMAX epoxy cast iron pipe systems with nominal size between 40-300mm comply with BS EN 877.BS EN 877 guarantees the quality of the materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties(like water pressure, tensile strength and brinell hardness) appearance, and the standard coating for the epoxy cast iron pipes, fittings and couplings.

Strength:

Iron is well known for its strength and abrasion resistance. The shape and impact strength of CMAX products are unchanged under exposure of sunlight and weathering, while UPVC and PVC pipes would soften, deform and become brittle under intense temperature change.

Quiet:

CMAX’s sturdy and dense properties reduce pipe vibration a silent drainage system.Studies had proven iron is the quietest material out of all other common drainage system.

Non-Toxic and Non-Combustile:

No toxic gas will be emitted from CMAX in the event of fire. Iron is also non-combustile,so epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are recoverable after fire.

Anti-Corrosive:

All CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings are internally and externally finished with corrosive resistant epoxy coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. The epoxy on CMAX epoxy cast iron pipes and fittings provides an excellent exterior under humid and tropical conditions.

Coupling:

Lightweight couplings are specially engineered to guarantee a strong, quick and easy connection between CMAX pipes and fittings. Made from stainless steel with rubber gaskets, the coupling match pipe and fittings non-corrosive properties.

Q: I am interested in Real Estate , Criminology, Psychology, and Social Work ! Which in your opinon is a better career to get into !How would I go about getting a liscense for real estate, and how long would it take? What is the career like?I am also interested in Social Work/ Psychology I am interested in getting my Bachelors and my masters to work in a school with kids (NOT CHILD AND YOUTH WORKER I DO NOT WANT TO BE LIMITED) or I may want to work in a court room. Down the line I would like to do private practises. Would I be able to take criminology for my bachelors and social work or psychology for my masters?Would I be able to take a real estate course while doing one of the others? Please HELP!
Those are both lucrative and prestigious careers, so it depends on your aptitude and interest which is the better line of work you want to pursue. To get a real estate license involves in-depth study, and then you have to take and pass the exam in the state where you plan to work. Some states are reciprocal, which means your license may be valid in other states besides the one you're planning to work in. Let me warn you, however, that the test is not easy, and many people fail to pass it on the first try. However, you can repeat it as many times as you wish. With regard to the other careers, you'd have to check with the universities offering the courses to find out the requirements and what courses you need to take. I would not recommend taking too many classes at one time. The real estate course in itself requires intense study. You are to be admired for your ambition, but don't bog yourself down with too much, as it will defeat your purpose. Settle on one thing at a time, and you'll have better luck.
Q: My husband is starting to buy, fix up, and sell houses. He wants me to do the selling. Is real estate school and a real estate license necessary? What do they teach you there? How much does it usually run and how long are the courses?
Hi Entyce68, A real estate license is not required to sell a house. However, it may be a good Idea to have that license if you plan to do more than 5 homes a year - that is the limit of houses you can sell without having a realtor list it. Having that license will allow you to sell the house and retain half of the commision. Unfortunately, the class is forty hours of wasted time - nothing but laws and nomenclature (names) they teach you absolutely nothing about buying or selling RE. Investing is a great way to learn RE and make large amounts of money doing it, always make the deal a win for all parties, be fair and honest, build your credibility and remember what RE is really about. Let me know if I can help you in your journey Best wishes
Q: Would a real estate Company hire a new person out of college with good grades? Would they be hiring around this time since the economy is not doing good? I mostly see older agents do they hire young agents? thanks!
In real estate you are an independent contractor so technically a company does not hire you in the traditional sense where you have to answer to the company like you would as an employee. A brokerage will take you in and allow you to hang your license with their brokerage for a fee or percentage of your commissions. These vary from company to company. I got out of college, worked a couple of years and decided to get my RE license a year ago. There is an incredible amount of information to take in and you have to plan on budgeting 9-12 months. I didnt have my first sale until I was about 6 months in, however now I am very busy and have closed multiple transactions in the previous 3 months. I would suggest going to realtor.org and other RE sites and start reading as much about the industry as possible. Go to the bookstore and buy a few books also. I am 28 and am 10 years younger than any of the other 60 agents in my office. I look at this as a good thing because all of those agents will be retiring ahead of me more business to snag. Also, I will be more experienced than my peers when they decide to join the industry. If you do get your license, you will be recruited by RE companies. Choose the one that will provide the best training and support. This is very important for your sucess. If you can, I would try and become an assistant for someone you can teach you the business, however that may be hard to find during this recession. As far as your college education, it probably demonstrates that you are a smart enough person to work your way through this business. Also, you contacts are going to be your main source of business and referrals. This is a stressful career with peaks and valleys of success, but if you manage your time and work hard, consistently you will succeed as I am now doing in my own business. Good Luck
Q: hi frnds.im 25 yrs. Engg. Graduate.i want to know everything about investning in real estate from top to bottom,so plz tell me from where can I get that all this knowledge?and I want a mentor for this…any places??
Don't know about a mentor. I wanted one at one point to, but the mentor became reading lots of books on the subject. Now that I;ve been in real estate awhile I have no interest in mentoring someone else (lol, maybe I'll go write a book on it someday). I'd suggest just reading lots on it and calling that your education. Also, go get a real estate agents license. You only need to take a course and pass a test and you learn alot in the process. Also, being an agent you can save on commissions when you buy/ sell places for yourself, and you don't have to ever sell a place to anyone else (make sure you sign up with a broker when you split the commissions, and tell them what you are doing beforehand). So, the bookstore is the best place to go to learn (they'll have a whole section on real estate investing) and the books are your mentor (unless you happen upon another). Best luck.
Q: I was first thinking agent but it seems rather easy and so I'd like to do broker classes as well..and in my area I'm looking online for certifications. Also, what generally consists of a normal day in Real Estate?
Not really, as long as you pass the state test. And you will be required to work as an agent for usually two years before you can apply to be a broker, so taking the broker classes will not apply to you. Check your state's website for their requirements. There is no normal day in real estate - they are all different. Please understand that this is your own business and you will only be successful if you work both very hard and very smart. Have plenty of savings and/or a significant other with a good income. Most people do not make it through their first two years of real estate.
Q: I just got my Real Estate License in New York and I was curious to know if I now have a title, and if so, what it is...
Mr. John Smith, real estate agent Realtor is a special designation for members of the Multiple Listing Service - not to be used by newly licensed agents. Hope that helps!
Q: I'm 21 i have $600,000 i'm looking to invest asap!. I want to buy my Lamborghini lol!.Is there anyway i can invest my money in real estate asap if so how?
You need to slow down and learn before you make serious mistakes. Start with one property purchase, then add more slowly. Find a good real estate agent and always work through that person.
Q: I have always had a huge passion for real estate DEVELOPMENT and want to get into that. Maybe something that has to do with the business aspect or planning side. Anyone have any ideas?
You are proper you don't ought to pass to tuition to develop to be a realtor it's all approximately realizing the concepts and legislation of buying and promoting a condo and getting connections to your buyer and/or vendor. If you haven't watched the know-how now not too lengthy in the past, you would probably appreciate that the condominium marketplace has been preety dangerous because the recession. It will also be gotten somewhat larger nonetheless now not many are influenced to shop for residences.
Q: I am thinking of starting a career in real estate. I know the housing market is in a state of decline and credit standards are becoming tight. As a result, commissions are going to take a dive for agents. I know that getting a good portfolio of listings will help, but marketing them will be expensive. I have a good connection with media sales and marketing. I am in vehicle sales now and just want to move to a more profitable field with more autonomy and a more professional environment. I have the time, dedication, and a very handy wife with a good eye for staging homes and design. I think that starting with a larger company will be beneficial, but are more experienced agents usually forthcoming with guidance and advice for rookies. I consider my self a good looking, charming young man with a silver tongue. Bottom line, is it a smart move to go into real estate (in Memphis, TN) right now if I have to make at least $40k/year?
I have been in real estate home sales for almost 30 years. I started in a boom time and learned nothing in the beginning- no one had time to teach me. When things slowed down I actually learned much more about the business. No matter what the market is there are people that need to sell because of a divorce, death, job loss, or job transfer. There are investors and people that have great income that want or need to buy. Your job is to find these people and put them together. I don't know what you will make because real estate is very local and very much self driven, but I love this job. (I am an old geezer and only sleep with my wife. So much for the first guy's theory)
Q: Which is better? Please don't get all technical like saying "Your question is wrong, none are better" I need a clear answer. I'm leaning towards real estate because I barely know anything about stocks, I just want to get rich. I'm 15 years old. Thanks!
Real estate is considered safer than stocks but riskier than bonds however real estate is a concentrated risk as a lot of capital is being invested and is usually leveraged to do so, that is you borrow money to do so. The beauty of stocks is that you can manage your risks by not investing everything on one investment but with real estate you are investing money that you don't even have yet. To demonstrate concentrated risks, imagine that you have the opportunity to wager on a series of coin tosses, one toss at a time. If you win, you win twice your wager plus your wager is returned to you but if you lose, your wager is lost. This is a money making opportunity as you will gain $1.50 for every $1 lost. If you risk nothing by wagering nothing with each toss, you will gain nothing but you will also lose nothing. The more you wager, the more that you will gain. But if you wagered everything on each toss then you will lose everything with the first loss. At what point does this money making situation lose money, at what point do you stand to gain the most. With this coin toss, any wager over 50% of your portfolio will result in a loss, at 50%, the volatility will cancel out any gains that you may have, at 25% you gains are the highest. Over betting is a sure way to ruin a good investment opportunity, real estate is a good investment opportunity but you tend to be investing everything you possibly can on it so if it does mess up, you are so screwed.
