In order to preform at you best it is important for you to get assistant in regards to your feelings. A good therapist will but your feelings in check. Helping others can be a difficult task but with a good therapist you should have no problems. On the other hand, if it too troubling for you-chose another career.

- Q: im a freshman and we have time trials tomorrow and distance is running 200m and 800m tomorrow. i ran a 2:22 800 and 5:45 mile last year (8th grade) with no spikes. now here is some background up to today (may take a while):after track i did not really run over the summer until like middle of summer xc training (first time ever). ran with top girls for the beginning and then at the beginning of the real season i started running with top guys. best time was 19:47 (5k). after xc took a month break then started running over the winter. ran consistently up to track and had a small indoor meet month before track and got 5:27 mile. now track is here and yea doing workouts and running with the varsity people. we usually do like at least 5 miles for easy days at like under 8 min pace for sure. workouts include 400m and 800m repeats. what do you think my 800m time could be? will it be good like 2:15 or under?
- You seem to have a lot of talent, and distance running is definitely your thing. You have a lot of promise as 5:27 indoor is pretty good. You should definitely be under 2:20, but it all depends on what type of speed you have as a runner. You may be better suited for longer distance races, but you never really know. I think you could be right around 2:10, which is a great freshman time to start with.

- In jete battu the working leg would be the one that does the initial degage. If you start in 5th position with the left leg in front, the right (working) leg does a degage to the side, then beats behind, and then in front of, the left (supporting) leg. Then when you land, the right leg becomes the supporting leg with the left leg in cou-de-pied derriere.

- yeah, they even have anesthesiologists, surgeons, desk tellers, lots of toher stuff. some vets specialize on some thing, where others specialize in others. =D

- It depends on if it's the right fit for you. For kids who have not-so-great local public schools, if the arts school is better, then it's a good thing, as often the arts school are magnet or charter schools, tend to be smaller and they usually choose kids who don't have big behavior problems. For becoming a performer, maybe some are better, but not in my area. The local private schools, and several of the local public schools, have much better programs than the well known Arts High, and the private schools are much more rigorous academically. While the Arts High in my area has good standardized test scores, it is because some of the students attend many many hours of tutoring, at a huge cost to their parents, $1000 - 3000 a month is common! The Arts High really puts academics on the back burner, and tells parents that, so to get into a top college, kids need to do outside work. Some kids don't care, but it can get expensive for the kids that do. Also, sometimes arts schools have a lot of political stuff going on between the teachers and administrators that can affect the school and students. Go see if it's a good fit for you, if you can meet your ultimate goals for the future by attending the school. Good luck!
