- The best way to get a really good tan from a tanning bed is to always use a good tanning lotion and start by getting a base tan. The first time you go, don't go for the maximum time, start with less because it will prevent you from burning easily. The first time you probably won't look very tan, because it's just the base, but after that it should look increasingly better. After you go the first time you can stay in the bed for longer, just gradually work your way up to the maximum time. I would recommend that you don't go more than once a week, because they can be harmful, once every other week is probably better, but it just depends on how fast you want to get tan. If you want to keep your tan, make sure you use lotion everyday and to drink plenty of liquids. It will keep your skin from drying out and peeling. Aloe is great too! Good luck!!

- Q: I have ran out of old bedding and decided to use wood bedding. The only bedding they had were softwood bedding and aspen bedding. Softwood bedding is harmful to hamsters so i bought aspen but i am still not sure if it is safe. I asked my friend and he said it was ok but i am not sure.
- Aspen is the best bedding to use for small animals. I use Aspen bedding for all four of my small animals. Aspen isn't harmful to them. Again I'll say it, it's the best bedding to use! Don't use pine or cedar bedding. It is bad on the hamster. Best of luck!

- Q: i have a two year old and she never sleeps in her bed the whole night through, only once in a blue moon. around bed time she gets in our bed to go to sleep...she wont lay in hers. Once she goes to sleep I move her to her bed, but 98% of the time when I wake up in the morning there she is, in the bed with us again. what can I do to get her to sleep in her bed?
- This is a tough one because it is a hard habit to break. I am sure you have tried telling her that big girls sleep in their own bed and rewarding her for nights that she sleeps all night in her own bed. If not try those. Give her incintive to stay in her bed like she can stay up a little later with you, or promise a trip to the zoo the next day and hold up to it. I know you don't want to have to bribe her every night, but maybe just until she get the hang of it. Try communicating with her the reason she does not wan to stay in her bed and try to work with her on the reasons. Like if she is afraid of the dark, then leave the hall light/night light on for her or put the TV on. Give her a special friend that can only sleep in her bed with her that will protect her or put a big picture of something she likes up on her wall the will keep her safe and it only stays in her room. Get some fine glitter powder and sprinkle a little on her before bed time and tell her that it is fairy dust that only works in her bed to give her the sweetest dreams and if she gets up then the fairys won't come back for her dreams If these do not work, then the moment she crawls in bed with you pick her up and put her back in her own bed. Let her cry until she falls asleep. After about a week of this she will get the idea. Also try locking your door at night so she can't get in. I know you don't want to punish her but this behavior will not just go away. I have a cousin that slept on her mom and dads floor until she was 16 years old. I know you don't want that. This is why my 9 month old has never slept with me and my husband, we need our alone time and so do you. Good luck and i hope i helped.

- well the bed frame isn't showing up but i love the covers. But, I would buy a white frame bed. being that your covers are busy with pattern make sure your walls aren't.

- If you have seen one bed bug, there are lots. You should seek professional help from an exterminator - you may also notify your health department so they can keep track of any large scale bed bug problems. The people that talk about caulking and such don't know what they are talking about. Bed bugs don't search for new places to infect; at some point they are brought into the house passively (clothes, furniture, etc) and then they just happily reproduce and feed on you. I hope you can get rid of them fast! I think that just getting rid of the bed won't help, because they also go in the carpet, clothing etc. and they would just get in your new bed.
