Q: I really LOVE the virgin mobile phone, and i want to get it but i wanted to know if any virgin mobile phones are going to come out soon. By the way, i love the big screen and the design of the phone.im looking for a full smart phone and not like the slider or optimus v.P.S. my birthday is feb. 10 and i want to get it by then so any time before that is nice.its ok if its a week later ;-)THANKS SOO MUCH :-): Honestly I would wait for a different one. I am a best bu mobile employee and i had the phone for about 4 months and just thought it could of been better. 1. The battery is so dreadful, i got maybe 4hrs out of it. 2. The signal strength on the phone was absolutely terrible. I never got more than 3 bars in places i would normally get full strength and that was on other virgin mobile phones. 3. The camera on the back would be really funky sometimes. It would show any picture i took with a blue color and i had no effects on it. 4. It got really dirty really quickly and the back cover never really fits on there correctly. I would say wait, i believe they should be getting some new phones to virgin sometime late feb.-mid march.

Q: i need a t mobile phone that had wi fi but i am having trouble choosing one with a reasonable price: Well, that should not be such a big problem if you have a decent IQ level. Let's take it slowly: T-Mobile is a network operator (aka carrier), it is not a phone manufacturer and therefore there's hardly such thing as a T-Mobile phone. It is true that they do have some taken from Chinese manufacturers which they brand as T-Mobile but those surely cannot be included in the good phone category, can they? So now, you are left with the problem of finding a phone from a decent manufacturer (Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola ) which would work with T-Mobile's network. So go to T-Mobile's web site in your country, have a look at what they offer and filter out those devices which have WLAN. How's your IQ holding on so far? Can you continue? Once you have found all those devices sort them out by price. Then make another list and sort them out by how much you like their design. Finally, make another list and sort them by manufacturer (which is a testimony of quality) starting with Nokia as the best, Motorola in the middle as decent and an Chinese brand at the end, as they deserve. Now you have your answer, just select the phone you like, in the price range you can afford, from the maker you trust.

There are generally specific criteria that need to be met on your account before they will, such as being finished your contract etc (unless you purchased your phone at full retail price - which will require proof of purchase). There are some programs you can purchase on OKorder/stores that range from $10-$50 to have your phone unlocked. My suggestion is to call t-mobile and find out their policy on unlocking their handsets. Legally, they cannot refuse you an unlock code if you are finished your contract etc.

Q: A mobile phone company sent me a bill of a contract phone without discussing that contract with me or even discussing the price plan with me and wreorst of all not even sendind me a phone.I refused to pay the bill after contacting them.They explained they ASSUMED i will like it because they had contacted me on phone to discuss the contract and unfortunately i was busy and promised to contact them and i did not.I think that it is the customer who should decide on a price plan or whether he/she wants the contract.My problem is that i have been taken to a debt collector and i was threatened by them to idea pay it or have a bad credit history.I paid immediately and yet still they went ahead and took the decision to give me a bad credit rating.What should i do?: I think it was a bad idea to pay them because by you paying them that's giving them the okay that you said yes to the contract and everything that comes along with it. But in the mean time call them back, (be very firm) telling them that you never agreed to the terms of the contract and, if need be tell them that your lawyer will be contacting them (make it sound real good.) Then see what happens then. Good luck because they may brush it off because you've already paid

How is this?: i think basically,phones from foreign nations have an inbuilt sim-card that can auto detect available netwoks.have u started using the phone?if not then i think u should consult a qualified person for breaking the seal of the sim card.only then u will be able to access the indian netwoks.the sim card must be holding the list of the netwoks from england and america.tats what is the list you are talking about in the my networks list.
