Product Description:

Excavators are heavy construction equipment consisting of a boom, stick, bucket and cab on a rotating platform known as the "house". The house sits atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels. A cable-operated excavator uses winches and steel ropes to accomplish the movements. They are a natural progression from the steam shovels and often called power shovels. All movement and functions of a hydraulic excavator are accomplished through the use of hydraulic fluid, with hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. Due to the linear actuation of hydraulic cylinders, their mode of operation is fundamentally different from cable-operated excavators.

Main Product Features:

  1. There are 3 pumps: the two main pumps are for supplying oil at high pressure (up to 5000 psi) for the arms, swing motor, track motors, and accessories, and the third is a lower pressure (700 psi) pump for Pilot Control.

  2. The whole machine has the elegant streamline design, reliable performance and high efficiency of working.

  3. Possess quality certification of ISO 9001:2000. Can pass CE test.

  4. A wide range of operating weight & bucket size for your choice.

Q: I have a Kebelco SK120 excavator, and when you retract the arm until it stops and keep the lever in retract it kills the engine. This is the only position it does it in, and I have already changed the relief valves with no luck... Any ideas would be great!!
Replace the JP 2 line.
Q: The boom cylinders (2) of a 350D LC John Deere excavator have a bore diameter of 145 mm and a stroke of 1520mm. The hydraulic pressure of the system can be boosted up to 36.3 MPa when breaking hard ground or lifting wet sand or gravel. What is the maximum extending speed of both cylinders. Assume all the engine power of 202 kW is converted into hydraulic power.I got 0.17 m/s but wanted to make sure if thats right. If you can show the step by step method of solving this problem. I would greatly appreciate it.thank you.
The basic formula for hydraulic power is proportional to the force and the flow. We can calculate from the power to find time and so speed. This is: power_watts = (force_newtons x displacement_meters) / time_seconds We need the time so: time = (force * displacement) / power The pressure is due to the resistance to flow. Determine the force from the pressure and the cross sectional area of the cylinder, where one pascal is one newton per square meter. area = pi * r^2 = pi * 0.0725m^2 = 0.016513m^2 The pressure is 36.3MPa. The force is: Force = pressure * area = 599422N. The displacement is the stroke of 1.52m, so from the above formula for time: time = (599422N * 1.52m) / 202000W = 4.51s The extension speed (velocity) is: velocity = distance / time = 1.52m /4.51s = 0.337m/s Edited later: I missed the point there are 2 cylinders. As there are 2 cylinders for the same flow, the speed is half of one cylinder: 0.337 / 2 = 0.1685m/s <== Answer (as for your answer)
Q: A few months ago we had some excavation work done by a licensed and insured excavator in our back yard near the well about 15 feet or so. He removed a lot of ledge and tree stumps and buried them to level yard. With in a week we got a terrible odor and bacteria. We have treated the well twice and the bacteria keeps returning w/ awful smells and our water tests are all over the place. We had great drinking water prior to work done. Because the bacteria has returned once again the well may be damaged and we are looking into that now. If the well is damaged does his insurance cover our damages? How do we find out???
His insurance should cover any damages he caused. However, you will need to show that he actually DID cause the damage, if it exists. Right now, all you have is the fact that your well seemed to go bad shortly after the excavation work was done. That's not sufficient proof. You will somehow need to show that his mechanical actions caused this situation. It won't be easy.
Q: What does the brand of each brand of the excavator mean?
To these models as an example, introduced 320D, ZX200-3G, PC200-8, DH215LC-7,Believe in the explanation, you will understand what these letters and numbers mean.Caterpillar 320 in 320D, the front of 3 represents "excavator", Caterpillar everyDifferent products are represented by different numbers, which is also Caterpillar and other construction machineryManufacturers in different places, such as "1", are flat machines, and "7" are articulated trucks, "8.""It's a bulldozer, and "9" is a loader.
Q: what kind of jobs can a foreigner get when he has a highschool diploma with a good grades ?? i know its not much but .. something i dont mind starting in macdonalds there i can meet people learn to ask what do you want and hope that what do you want comes out the right way and not like WHAT DO YOU WANT :P so jobs ? tips ?
The vast majority of jobs open to foreigners are for native English speakers with four year college degrees. You can't get those jobs without the degree, citizenship in an English-speaking country and native language ability. Then there are low level factory jobs. But those are already filled by foreigners from poor countries. Those workers are making a better wage than in their home countries, so if there are any openings at the factories their families and friends will fill them first. You'll need to know someone with that kind of job already to hear about openings. Other than English teachers and factory workers, a large number of women from Russia, China and the Philippines work in the (illegal) sex industry. For that kind of job, you will need to be female, average or above average in looks and willing to dance naked, convince soldiers to buy ridiculously overpriced drinks and/or have sex with whoever your house madam says you must. Like the factory jobs, you'll need to know someone already there to get that kind of job. No one cares if you got good grades in high school, in South Korea your education is incomplete until you got to college. If you are gorgeous and white, there is a very small number of modeling jobs available. But if you haven't even modeled in your home country, don't bother. Basically, you going to South Korea to work (as things stand now) is a fantasy, not a dream. Otherwise, you can try marrying a Korean citizen. If you're a woman, then you have a fairly good chance of finding a man in a rural part of the country who has not been able to find a wife (due to men outnumbering women). Most farmer/fisherman types have been preferring women from other Asian countries, but it's worth a try. But if you are a man, don't bother because your lack of job prospects really makes you not a good catch at all. I hope this helps and good luck!

Q: How much does it cost in gas to run an excavator for 10hrs a day?
oh you are going to be running around 5-18 galons an hour times around $3.00 a galon off road diesel not gas times 10hrs.= a good $300+ greese, a person to opperate it., hydrilic and motor oil., ect..
Q: When was Troy founded, and by who?
The Troy I settlement, first discovered by Heinrich Schliemann, sits just above the bedrock, the top of the earth's crust. Therefore archaeologists assume that even though there were people living just a few miles from Troy, no one had decided to build a real town at that exact location until around 2700 BCE. Several older villages near Troy were studied by Schliemann, Carl Blegen and the current excavators. Two of the villages contained real evidence of early human settlement: Hanay Tepe and Kumtepe. Both belong to the period before the Bronze Age, called the Neolithic, or New Stone Age. During the Neolithic farming and pottery-making were in full swing. The practice of religion required some organization, but society was simply ordered compared to the Bronze Age, when the evidence suggests greater (priest, trader, ruler, craftsman, farmer, etc.) and perhaps greater difference between rich and poor. During the Neolithic period chipped stone was used more often for tools than metal. During the Bronze Age, metal tools were used more often. After any catastrophic destruction (earthquake, war, fire, plague) the people of Troy who survived usually rebuilt right away. Survivors, or victors, were in such a big hurry to rebuild that they did not bother to cart away the remains of the destroyed city. They would level things off a little, and just build on top! This explains why, after nearly 2000 years of occupation, the city was built up by about 30 feet. L8r
Q: I have just purchased a JD 190e and want a recommendation on what grease gun to use to grease the tracks
A regular sized one will do just fine. You know...the one that uses tubes of grease about the size of a tube of bathroom caulk. I'd get one with a flexible hose as opposed to a fixed one. That way, you'll be able to get to the tough ones without having to maneuver the machine as much.
