Product Description:

Excavators are heavy construction equipment consisting of a boom, stick, bucket and cab on a rotating platform known as the "house". The house sits atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels. A cable-operated excavator uses winches and steel ropes to accomplish the movements. They are a natural progression from the steam shovels and often called power shovels. All movement and functions of a hydraulic excavator are accomplished through the use of hydraulic fluid, with hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. Due to the linear actuation of hydraulic cylinders, their mode of operation is fundamentally different from cable-operated excavators.

Main Product Features:

  1. There are 3 pumps: the two main pumps are for supplying oil at high pressure (up to 5000 psi) for the arms, swing motor, track motors, and accessories, and the third is a lower pressure (700 psi) pump for Pilot Control.

  2. The whole machine has the elegant streamline design, reliable performance and high efficiency of working.

Q: Can anyone please help me with my search for information on the computer/controler on a 1999 Hitachi EX100 tracked excavator. The unit has blown the surge protectors and some of the power transistors, but I need some more detailed information about the unit before I can carry out the repairs. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Oh my, I have nothing on this. I don't have a tracked excavator, except if you count my cat... she's an excavator of sorts, but she has paws, not tracks; tracks is what she leaves, cat tracks, but I suspect you are looking for something else.
Q: How does lol excavator put off site?
W becomes a form of escape, then E is enough
Q: What's the price of the CAT150 excavator?
Are you talking about new or second-hand, new almost 50W, second-hand, then you can go online www.sdcmm to see their own reference
Q: is an excavator operator required to have a crane ticket to do pipe laying in australia?
scroll down to the flag of the country you need and ask there...this is not OZ
Q: why dose it take archaeologist many years to excavate a site?
Basically they have to work by hand. Going into a site, they do not know exactly where the artifacts will be...how deep, how close together etc. Also, the objects they seek can be very small. Using mechanical tools (excavators for example) can damage or destroy artifacts. They also want to map the locations of things they find, to see if there is a pattern...for example, finding a fire remnant and bones that show charring might indicate a kitchen given one pattern, or a massacre site given another. The closer they get to an object, the smaller the brush and the more delicate the handwork. There are other issues...the deeper one digs, the more you have to shore up the sides or widen them to avoid cave-ins...there are safety concerns. Also, most sites are not wasteland and they are tying them up from other uses, so permissions and agreements have to be obtained and kept. Many interesting sites have people living over them at the surface who would not appreciate having their house or business collapse because of an overzealous dig.
Q: We have had our own barn for about two months..and it's absolutely lovely..except for our arena footing. It's sand, but way too deep. My horse sinks up to his coronet in it. I'm worried about possible injuries from this..especially since we are planning on jumping. If I had to estimate how many inches it is..I'd say 4-6. My trainer said to just keep dragging it with our little metal drag which we pull with a quad..but I feel like its not doing anything to solve our problem. I've tried talking to my dad to get the excavator to come back and remove some sand, but he doesn't have the money right now to do that. Is there any other way I can get rid of the sand, or spread it out so it's not so deep? Has anyone else had this problem?
Weigh down your drag, or do it the old fashioned way and shovel some out and keep dragging until its level. But sand that deep will blow suspensory ligaments so fast it will make your head spin, so it may be easier to convince your dad that a guy with a bobcat is cheaper than the vet bills it can cause.
Q: why are big construction machines (tractors, dozers, excavators, etc) painted yellow? An overwhelming majority are yellow. Why not red, or some other color?
I generally agree with visibility, but I believe a shade of yellow is also a trademark for Caterpillar? I have seen a number of on imported (in the US) excavators (trackhoes) that were not yellow.
Q: driving excavators or as welder
Hi, okorder /
Q: I Have a komatsu PC45r mini excavator and all of the sudden the safety stopped working. It is pulled down all the way but the boom is still not working. Any hints on where to fix that?
not going to look up your particular model but some have a safety interlock handle on both control towers, if so make sure there both down, if that's not the case then you have a faulty micro switch at the interlock handle, a faulty interlock solenoid, or a problem with the wiring, if its new enough to have a ECM then that could be another issue, in any case I'd suggest a mechanic.
Q: I need to do this:1. Name of pharaoh2. Dates lived/ years ruled3. Artifacts, if any, found in tomb4. Location of tomb or pyramid5. Five major events that happened during reign.
