Q: We have tried doing it ourself but its very uneven and we have neither the time nor the tools to finish it. I would like to have the ground professionally leveled but I'm not sure if I should be calling a pool company, a landscapping company, an excavator, or someone else entirely. Thaks in advance.
Call any local pool place and have them recommend an excavator. All excavators could do it, but you want one that has done pools before and will do a good job.
Q: I grab more than 7 months, I was driving in the opposite direction, loading it, find leveling is not good, but I don't want to go back to home but is the direction I do open in the opposite direction to open the positive direction of multi time can meet the urgent urgent urgent in the home. Now.
Two ways of shoveling soilPositive shovel: the form of shovel action of excavator. It is characterized by "forward, upward and forced cutting."". The positive shovel has great excavation force and can dig the soil above the stopping surface. It should be used for the dry foundation pit with excavation height greater than 2m, but the upper and lower ramps should be set up. Shovel bucket excavator with the same equivalent ratio of the bucket to be big, but not more than one to three excavation of soil water content of 27%, and with the completion of the whole mining dump truck transport operations, you can also tap the large drying pit and mound etc.. According to the difference between the excavation route and the transportation vehicle, there are two ways to dig and unload the soil: forward excavation, lateral unloading, forward excavation and reverse dumping.Face shovelBackhoe digging is: "back down, forced the soil cutting, the mining power shovel can stop a small, excavation to three below the soil surface, suitable for the foundation pit, foundation ditch, trench excavation depth is less than 4m, but also for soil excavation, wet soil with higher water content and groundwater level following the underground water level is high and the earth. There are two ways to operate the backhoe, namely, ditch end excavation and side ditch excavation.Backhoe

Q: I need to move about 400 cubic feet of soil, but can't get a mini excavator into my backyard because of the stairs and narrow space on the first level of the backyard, i.e. the smallest Bobcat 316 won't do. I need something smaller. If they make walk-behind excavators, that would be ideal and I'd appreciate some links. If you know, please also include where I can rent them from in the SF Bay Area. Thanks!

Q: When do i pay contractors in building a house?Im building a new house and i am currently arranging to have the excavator contractor there to install septic and excavate for the foundation. Then im having the foundation contractor come in to do his job. I live in Nova Scotia if that makes any difference. im doing my own work after the foundation except plumbing and electrical. Should any of these guys be asking for money up front or part way through? Or do they finish then bill me with 30 days to pay? Whats the normal procedure? no mortgage.
You have a couple of viable answers Denise. You can pay for the materials (septic tank, gravel, concrete, etc.) up front and pay the contractor about 25% of what their bill for labor is, then pay them the remaining 75% after the inspections are completed, or you can pay 50 - 50 as indicated above. A word of caution: make sure the contractor has paid their subcontractors / suppliers when you pay them, otherwise you may be sued by the unpaid party. I'm a project manager in Michigan, so you should check out how this works there. Here we have to get a sworn statement and waiver of lien when we pay the contractor to ensure their subs have been paid. Good luck!
Q: Background Story: While visiting the museum with my friend, there was a 'what is it?' contest where you had to guess what the tool was. Later in the museum, we saw the exact same tool in the medical area (with all of the old scalpels and aged bottles of medicine). They may have put it in that section just because it looked like a surgical tool, meaning that there is a possibility that it could have been used for something else.
one picture is worth a thousand words.
Q: your opinion
There are many instances where archaeology has confirmed the bible. Note I am not suggesting that archaeology has proven God's existence merely that the places and historical battles are with merit. The writer of the book of Luke has been considered a first class historian. At one time they questioned some of his territorial boundary suggestions only to later have them verified by new findings. They have also found the place where Pilate ruled and the pool of siloam that was mentioned in the gospel. Many many findings have confirmed these places which stands to reason. People would Know if they made up a bunch of places and people that they never existed. Now the book of Mormon can't prove any of the places mentioned in them ever existed and is filled with historical inaccuracies such as claiming that there were elephants oxen horses and other items at a period in time before they were known in the America's. These animals and items weren't introduced into this hemisphere until the Europeans started coming over.

Q: I want to get a water well pump in my yard but I have no Idea how to go about getting one, I would like to hire someone to do it but who does that kind of work? Who should I call and how much would it cost?
Too many variables...you can have an excavator dig one if there is water that high up or you can have one drilled. In my area you will be looking at maybe $2500 for a dug one (if you are lucky and only want 4 or 5 tiles) or $2500 to start drilling and then you will pay so much per foot after the initial drill allotment which varies with areas and companies..it can run you ten thousand depending on how deep the well must be. You can start by calling excavating companies in your area if your neighbours have dug wells or well drillers in your area if that is what is more of in your area. If you drill and hit rock, it costs more..of course you might not be able to dig in your area because of rock.
