- Q: well.i understand the weather is like,100 degrees now(where i live-at least) but my hair still puffs up even after i think i have done my best to tamer my hair.this is my normal routine: i started washing my hair in cold water now because it feels better it's more shiny.then i run sunsilk's de-frizz creme through it.sleep.then wake up straighten with my conair straightener.i have really thick poofy wavy hair so i need least 45 minuites to make it nicestraightit looks pretty good but then it can get all frizzy back 2 wavy AFTER i straighten it.WHY??i use the serum while i straighten it too but i dont udnerstand why this happens.help plz
