Product introduction

HEC is a series of non-ionic soluble cellulose ethers, which can be dissolved in hot and cold water, and has the characteristics of thickening, suspending, adhesive, emulsion, film coating and super absorbent polymers protective colloid, which is widely used in paints, cosmetics, oil drilling and other industries.

Paint Application Guide

High thickening effect

● HEC provides excellent coating performance for the latex coating, especially the high PVC coating. There is no flocculation when the paint is thick paste.

●HEC has a higher effect of thickening, can reduce the dosage to improve the economic effectiveness of formulation, while improving the washability of the coating.

Excellent rheological properties

● In the stationary state, the product is completely dissolved, the best coating system to maintain shape and cans thickening state.
● In the tilting state, the system will maintain moderate viscosity, make the product equipped with excellent liquidity, and will not splash.
● During the brushing and roller coating, the product is easy to spread on the base  material, which will facilitate the construction. At the same time, have a good performance on anti-splash.
● Finally, when the paint coating is completed, the system viscosity can immediately resume, and the coating will be sagging at once.

Dispersion and solubility

● HEC is dissolved after a delay in processing, in the case of dry powder added, can effectively prevent caking. Ensure that HEC powder begin to hydration after fully dispersed.
● After proper surface treatment, HEC can adjust the dissolution rate and viscosity increasing speed well.

Storage stability

● HEC has good bio-stability, provide sufficient time for the paint store. Effectively prevent and pigments and filler sedimentation.

Q: ok well, i already know what an additive inverse is, but i have to make a poster for math about it and i need a way how you can remember it
all inverses UNDO what the operation they are inverses of did. additive inverses undo addition, multiplicative inverses undo multiplication, and so on. so think in terms of opposites: wax on, wax off, that sort of thing. messed up room, cleaned up room. getting dressed, getting undressed. get in the car, get out again. speed up, slow down. money spent, money earned. list is endless. pick one that really sings to you.
Q: I just bought a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 and the former owners told me I needed to add fuel additive to it. I was wondering if I actually do or if it is just for a cosmetic reason
Diesel fuel will become problematic if left standing for even a few days. Get yourself an E.P.A. registered Fuel Enhancer which will: * eliminate cloud-point (no gelling to minus-40deg F.) * no separation - (Untreated diesel fuel will separate. Water will drop to the bottom of the tank while fuel floats on top. That water is sucked directly into the engine as it sits above the intake pipe.) + ensure more complete combustion thus reducing tail-pipe pollutants by 60-75% which will give you more power. The fuel enhancer should contain anti-fungal, anti-bacteria, anti-gel and antioxidant agents. With the new green additives (veggie etc.), the fuel tank will become a breeding ground for 'stuff' very quickly that will result in costly repairs. A typical treatment (see label on the bottle) is 1 OZ treats 15 gallons of fuel. (In colder temps, it typically requires 3 oz:15 gallons. Hope this helps.
Q: i need both fillers and additives.
sell it and buy a batman. rx8 is nice but crap.
Q: why are feed additives needed?
some act as feed conditioner too
Q: I drive a 2007 Ford Taurus and the temperature is going to be in the negatives Monday and Tuesday. What gas additive should I add to the tank to prevent freezing? Thanks!
Cheap generic dry gas. As well as running a full tank. Some cars suffer from this more than others. I lived in the North and rarely used dry gas. Others swore by it. I did have one car which suffered from vapor-lock which could have have required dry gas . It also has some fuel value.
Q: Fuel additives that I can put in my oil and gas
those additives aren't as great as they advertise. But a good additive to clean the oil system freeing up the rings etc. is a product called Rislone and I swear by it just follow the directions on the container
Q: Just wondering if they work.
Go to their site and carefully read exactly what these additives do and don't do. For instance: If you have a hydraulic valve lifter that's sticking, does either of their oil treatments clean the lifter or cover-up the noise? They advertise you won't have dry starts when you use engine oil stabilizer. What they don't tell you is the oil pump slows down its ability to force a large volume of lubricant to frictional surfaces during start-up. Cold starts is where 80% of all engine wear occurs. Why would anybody want to slow down the oil pump pressure to internal engine parts during cold starts. Full synthetic motor oil flows faster when the temperature is cold. 3M Total Fuel System Cleaner is a click above Chevron Techron.
Q: Why do cigarettes have all those additives and where can i get a list of what additives are in a cigarettegt;
Some for flavour, some make burn faster etc. Not know all reasons. Link: The list of 599 additives approved by the US Government for use in the manufacture of cigarettes is something every smoker should see. Submitted by the five major American cigarette companies to the Dept. of Health and Human Services in April of 1994, this list of ingredients had long been kept a secret.
Q: is chocolate liquor a main ingredient, preservative or additive?!?
it depends what u make. i work at a liquor store and many of the people who buy the godiva liquor also buy these chocolate edible shot glasses and use those to make after dinner drinks :) i make regular chocolate mousse and add some chocolate or rasberry liquor (chambord is nice) and mix it in the mousse then put it in the chocolate cups with shaved chocolate on top or a rasberry as a garnish.it looks pretty, tastes yummy and is very easy to make!!
Q: Is there a difference?
