INTRODUCTION
Floor Spring is used for glass door, and they can be used together with door clamp. Floor Spring can be opened with double sizes, and on this point, it is different from that of door closer, which can just be opened by one size. The key of technique lies on the loading seat under the main bearing, which decides the level of loading on the floor spring. Usually it can be opened from 300thousand or 1million times
FEATURES

SPECIFICATION
INSTALLATION STEPS
1. Draw lines and make floor spring pivot center and door-nip pivot coincide with each other.
2. Drill holes on the floor according to the instructions. The sizes of the holes must tightly match the floor spring.
3. Place the floor spring into the holes and position it.
4. Raise the door leaf installed with door-nip, and insert the floor spring pivot into the hole of the door leaf.
5. Adjust the screws at three directions. Make them vertical and the upper and lower pivot center coincide with each other.
6. Adjust the speed of door closing.
7. Put the decoration cover on the floor spring.
- Q: Is spring steel manganese steel?
- Spring steel is not manganese steel, there are many kinds of spring steel, manganese 65 is more commonly used spring steel, as well as carbon spring steel and alloy spring steel.Manganese steel refers to the high manganese content of carbon steel structural steel.
- Q: Buffer spring buffer for automobile
- Rubber buffer also known as buffer, buffer, buffer block, rubber shock absorber, shock absorber rubber and so on, the most correct name is "automobile spring cushion", is the name of Car Spring Buffer Retainer English, 1 luxury cars with a buffer principle significantly improve the damping performance of vehicles.
- Q: Spring dynamometer and spring balance what is the difference
- The principle is similar, but the uses are somewhat different
- Q: What are the categories of springs?
- A spring is a mechanical part that uses elasticity to work. Parts made of elastic materials deform under external force and are restored to original shape after removal of external forces. Also made as a spring". Usually made of spring steel. The type of spring is complex and varied. According to the shape, there are mainly spiral spring, scroll spring, plate spring, special-shaped spring and so on.
- Q: What is flat steel? Plain carbon flat steel? Spring flat steel
- Flat steel, also called flat steel strip, is a long thin steel with a rectangular cross-section. According to the production process, it can be divided into hot rolled flat steel strip, fine shearing flat steel belt and cold drawn flat steel belt.Ordinary carbon flat steel - the component is ordinary carbon structural steel, suitable for wide range.Flat spring - flat steel used for making spring plates of automobiles, containing manganese.
- Q: What's the manganese content of spring steel?
- The carbon content (mass fraction) of carbon spring steel is usually 0.62%~0.90%. In accordance with its manganese content is divided into general manganese content (mass fraction) (0.50%~0.80%), such as 65, 70, 85 and higher manganese content (mass fraction) (0.90~1.20%), such as 65Mn two categories.
- Q: What is an independent bagged spring?
- Independent spring: there are different springs, respectively, according to different weight, set up independent spring in different locations. Of the two men lying on it, one rolled over or left, and the other was not affected at all. Two mattresses in the middle area, the spring has different support strength, so won't feel sleep in the two bed crevice.
- Q: Cold rolled coil spring spring and difference "
- The main production process is different, the compression spring as an example:The typical process of coil spring: blanking - end processing (rolled or forged flat) - heating - - - quenching - tempering spring roll grinding end - compressor (load - Test), shot peening (cleaning) - coating.Cold roll spring does not require heat treatment of material roll, point line process: rolling, annealing, stress to both ends of the surface grinding, (blast), (the whole school), (BKS), standing or forcing treatment, surface inspection and treatment.Coil spring is mainly used for rolling large spring, heating easily after twisting forming, springback is smaller, molding after quenching and tempering treatment. The cold coiling spring is directly coiled with spring steel wire, and the resilience is greater, and the winding tools need to consider the springback compensation amount and roll into the direct tempering process.
- Q: How about the size of the elasticity?
- Spring elastic deformation, the elastic limit, the elastic force with the elongation of the spring (or shorten) is proportional to the length (or the length of the spring and the pulling force is proportional to F=-kx (), or delta F=-k delta x). Where k is called the coefficient of stiffness (as a coefficient of rigidity or elasticity) of a spring, in numerical terms equal to the elasticity of a spring when it is stretched (or shortened) in unit length. The unit is Newton per meter, and the symbol is N/m. The K value is related to the nature of the material. The difference between the stiffness and stiffness of springs is that they have different stiffness coefficients. Moreover, the stiffness coefficients of different springs are generally different. The expression in the sign spring caused by its elongation (or compression) in the opposite direction. The law was discovered by British scientist Hooke, known as Hooke's law.
- Q: What are the main functions of spring?
- Absorb vibration and impact energy, such as damping springs in various kinds of vehicles and springs of various buffers
