Q: Leftists in another question say its bad that people have quot;lost jobsquot; to innovation and that innovation over the past several hundred years hasn't actually made us much more prosperous. So should we follow those leftists' lead and undo all of this horrible innovation from the past several hundred years? That would create a lot of jobs, right?
Wow...that's a good question. I would say yes because some of the innovations aren't really that essential even though they may be a bit more convenient.
Q: can i move 20 cubic yards of topsoil twenty feet with a wheelbarrow and a shovel?
I don't know how much 20 cubic yards is exactly- I know that my husband moved about 4 pick up truck loads from the driveway to the backyard to fill in a pond about 6 ft x 6 ft. He did it pretty much alone and it took about 2 days. With a friend, 2 days, you should be able to get a lot done. I would say you both should have a wheelbarrow and a shovel if possible to make it go faster. Good Luck...
Q: My grandparents own a doublewide with a mother in law apartment in which we live. They would like us to quot;rent to ownquot; the land. We would like to take the doublewide off the lot and replace it with a modular. We do not need any construction coverage as my husband is an excavator. What kind of loan would this require?
a real estate loan can be limited to just doing dirt moving. you must tell the bank........... be careful--most modular homes are disappointing-- too small, light weight, etc. Instead of moving a house to your site, having a house built on the lot will be MUCH better! [i have never ever known anyone seeking to buy a modular home on a lot................never in 35 yrs ]
Q: a portion of an ancient skeleton haas been uncovered in asia. since the skull is missing, the discoveres can not determine whether the skeleton is from a human or some type of ape. the only portions that the excavators have been able to find are the pelvis and one complete leg. what should they look for?this is not true lol, just a skeletal discussion question in anatomy.
Its kind of unclear what the question even is. Are you supposed to describe how you would determine whether the skeleton is a modern human based on the post-cranial skeleton only? Next time be more clear. 1) A human *is* an type of ape. Take a close look at human taxonomy. We're part of the superfamily Hominoidea - the apes. 2) If you need to determine whether the skeleton is from a H. sapiens, then you can look at the shape of the pelvis, and the relative length of the limbs. How long are the arms in relation to the legs? If the skeleton belongs to a modern human, the arms should be relatively short in relation to the legs. In terms of the pelvis, what is the shape or the pelvic girdle? It is short and broad, or long and thin? Does it appear to be well-shaped to cradle the visceral contents of the body? If it does, and if it is shorter and broader, instead of larger, long, and narrow, it is a biped. Check out the feet. Is the big toe divergent? If not, it's a biped. Check out the hands. Are the phalanges long and curved? Or shorter and a bit stout? Long, curved phalanges indicate non-human. Notice I haven't given you very much technical anatomical terminology. Just some hints so you can work out the rest for yourself.
Q: Since technological innovation is bad according to Dear Leader, should he drop a trillion on spoon ready jobs? Think of all of the jobs that would create, a bunch of union hacks digging holes with spoons.
American Women, go ahead and report away I don't give a SHiiT.I have been here 6 years .I average 2 to 3 new accounts a DAY. I am strictly here to mock-harass Whitey Scum PUTAs and Paul g's gang.I hardly ever rationalize with anyone and especially Whitey Scum PUTAs.

Q: I need some work done and none of the excavators call me back. I'm thinking about buying one and doing some part time work with it if the demand is so high they wont return calls.
Backhoe work can be expensive. I feel fortunate that we have a guy in the area that does this work at a reasonable fee. He is a farmer first, then does backhoe work on the side when he has time. He doesn't even have a set price per hour, and is very bashful about asking for much at all when he has the job done. Last time I hired him I had a six foot burried hydrant replaced in the burried water system going between buildings. He worked about an hour to ninety minutes and I paid him $30 - $40. Contractors can be a very independent bunch. Look for someone in your area that either 'moonlights' or does this type of work as a hobby rather than tries to make a living at it. As far a buying a back hoe for your own use, be careful. These are high maintenance machines and you might be purchasing some else's problems. Cylinders and other components can very quickly cost you several hundred dollars should you have a failure, or need to work on it. Good luck,
Q: He works outside as an excavator he doesn't want anything fancy, he wants something durable and I don't know anything about it. but before I go to the jewlery store I want to know I am doing this right LOL
My husband got tungsten and he is very happy with it. I believe when I looked into it, tungsten - in an emergency - is reasonably easy to remove by medical personnel but unfortunately the ring is usually destroyed and cannot be fixed. My husband was working in a warehouse setting at the time we married and my concern was if his hand were ever injured --- saving a finger or his hand is more important to me than the ring so I wanted a ring that could be removed easily from him if necessary.
