So basically over 40 years of outsourcing and tax cuts to the rich have created this corporate/rich Utopia in America where cheap labor will soon come to a job like yours.

- IF you do not want to attend a certified school, (and I don't blame you) then your best option is to apply to the companies that do the type of work, get a spot as a laborer, and while you are in your interview, clarify what you want to do. (for yourself and for the company) Start out on the bottom, and find a mentor that will be willing to teach you, or get the company to send you to school. It is a great field to be in, so don't give up.

- Excavators do not belong to road vehicles, so there is no driving permit or driver's license. Only the special equipment inspection certificate issued by the safety management department and the operation certificate of the operators.
- Q: About to do some excavation in Utah will be digging a 16x56 hole with excavator 8 feet deep that has to be on grade im only use to ground in Virginia.. so is the ground near Salt Lake City Utah hard? or is it sandy? i've heard both
- Most of the ground near Salt Lake City is sandy, silt deposits from the river. The higher in elevation you go from the valley floor, will get rockier and rockier.

- Q: i have 3 mali uromastyx and i know what i am doing right now they are on sifted playsand and they like it and they are eating good and basking is hot enough but i was wondering if excavator clay burrowing subsrate is good for them they love to dig ALOT and the holes dont stay open so i was wondering if it is safe thank you
- now i had that very same question a few weeks ago and i asked the guy that is helping em with mine and he says its not teh best. uro's arent the brightest and may try to eat that stuff so it isnt recomended. i was really tempted to do that tho. it seemed like a great idea for mine. its jsut a shame.
