Q: i wanted to purchase a tmobile phone that has what i want:-doing alot on wifi (calls, internet, etc.)-has a music player (prefferably with micro sd slot)-wide range app store-fast, not laggy, easy, navigation and interface-screen size like the size of an iphone, maybe 3??optional; double sided camerathanks for the help! :): All T-Mobile phones are ridiculously slow and lag, not to be negative lol just honest. There isn't one phone I would recommend on the T-Mobile network as a very displeased T-Mobile costumer who has gone through MANY phones. I would recommend a Samsung Galaxy s3 on Sprint, or an iPhone 4s on Verizon as your best options.

Q: I just ordered a mobile phone online and ive received a order acknowledgement emailwat does this mean ?also when i check online status of my order it says order being processed what does that mean to.: The first one is the company asking you to acknowledge that you did in fact order a phone. The second one is probably the phone is being held up waiting for the acknowledgment letter to return. Is probably standard practice for some companies to do this. It's actually for your safety as much as theirs (making sure someone else isn't ordering a phone on/with your name).

Here's my best advice as a T-Mobile customer for years- Don't deal with customer service on the phone. GO INTO A T-MOBILE STORE! They are awesome. Go in - Take them your phone - tell them your problems - ask your questions - they'll let you know what your options are. It's possible you need a new battery? Last time that happened to me, the store associates GAVE me a new one FREE. You are able to upgrade your phone, but you have to have a good payment history and have had the phone for a certain amount of time (can't remember how long that is).
