- Look for a Glass Company (Store). They have anything you need. If you do not have access to such a store, you may go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get some heavy Plexi Glass. They will even cut it for you. Probably a better solution for a bathroom since you do not have to worry about breakage. I got some Marble at a natural stone Place.to do something like you are trying to do. I am thrilled with it. It was very cheap.

- Q: In my master bathroom (attached to master bedroom) I have vanity lights (only lighting in the bathroom), a fan, and one outlet. The fan and the vanity lights are separate units. Last night, there was a thunderstorm and lightning, but given the circumstances, I dont think its causing my problem. Last night, I turned off my lights and fan, and when I attempted to turn them on again, they did not work. The outlet, which I believe would be connected to the same power source as the lights and fan, does work. I attempted to switch all the circuit breakers on and off to no avail. FYI the circuit breaker is for the entire master bedroom, or at least labeled as so; so I would assume it encompasses the master bathroom as well. My guess would be it should be related to the switch, since it is related only to the lights and fan, and not the sole outlet. Can anybody else think of any other possibilities or suggestions what to do?

- Actually, a 48 vanity takes a 49 vanity top. Most Home Depots or Lowes have these, but you might have to special order a double bowl style. FYI that's pretty close together for two people, most double bowl vanity tops go on 60 vanities

- How about black semi gloss? Black looks great on any furniture and it would look good with the countertop too. The khaki on the cabinets would not look bad but I think it would blend in with the room more than you want it to. You could always paint a door on the vanity first and see what you think since you already have that color. I would not use the wall paint for the cabinets though. You will need to prime them first and use at least a semi gloss on them. I like the brushed nickle for the hardware idea. But only if you have the silver color for the faucets and stuff too. - Depending on the size of the missing piece, I would sand or shave the damaged area to get a clean edge then get some scrap particle board of the same thickness, shape it to match the missing piece then glue it on. once it is dried sand the area where you glued it, to provide a smooth finish. Then paint or finish as needed.
