- You can but is it going to be worth the trouble....you must slightly dampen it evenly (if exterior grade you can let it get more wet) then cover it with a tarp or plastic sheet them on a very flat cement floor pile about 10 sheets of plywood on top..or evenly spaced cinder blocks...etc. You get the picture...Wait till it dries and add a few days..Should come out nice and flat!
