Q: anyone own a kenmore progressive vacuum cleaner!? I am in the market for a really great vacuum, at a resonable price, (unlike dyson's)! i have read good and bad reviews on the progressive! I have a black lab and I need a great vaccum to get up all that dog hair! Please let me know what you think and also what kind of progressive you have! THANK YOU!: take it back and get another vac. it has a problem, a friend has one and it doesnot do that, the sales man sounds like he knows nothing and cares less.

Q: i bought this new vacuum (dyson ball) one and felll in love with it :D am i the only guy out there who loves to vacuum? its powerful (sucked in my headset) it makes that loud motor noise, it sucks and u hear it go like gurrgurrgurrr and you can seee everything collecting through the little window :D its awesomee i love it!: I LOVE my Dyson!!! Q: How to repair the vibration lever of vacuum cleaner?: If the brush has worn off, replace the brush. If the end cap, flange or casing is damaged, it also needs replacing. Replace the whole vibration lever if necessary

Q: One of my dogs loves it.. I just vacuumed him for about 10 minutes.. he was in heaven! My other two are afraid of the vacuum... lol: It's good to be informed of this, another difference 'twixt dogs and cats. Cats universally flee the room faster than a speeding thought, when a vacuum is turned on--sometimes if it's even just brought into the room! But they are fixated magically by those little penlight laser beams, if you whirl the light around on the rug. I wonder what dogs feel about those laser lights, and how they respond? And I now have an idea. Could I train the kitty cats to flee the room in terror if I conditioned them by playing the laser light and then immediately turning on a vacuum cleaner?!? What do you think? :-)

Q: Hi. I can't find the papers on my bagless vacuum cleaner and was wondering if it is okay to spray the carpet cleaner on and then vacuum with a quot;baglessvacuum cleaner. I can't really imagine what it would hurt since the only real difference I can see is that all of the dirt is going to a container instead of a bag. Thanks everyone...I haven't had this all that long and didn't want to do something that would damage my vacuum, so if you have a bagless vacuum and have done this or if you know something about them....please respond. I really appreciate it.: As long as you let the carpets dry first, in case they got a little wet with the spray cleaner, you should have no problems.

Q: Which came first, wall-to-wall carpeting or vacuum cleaners?: Thee are paintings in the 1700's showing upper class families with fitted carpets, so the fitted carpet came first.

Q: And what is the cleaning way I can do to make sure that it's totally clean and no bugs on my carpet?: you can easily clean your carpet with soft wire brass and Vacuum cleaner.

Q: Does dog hair ruin vacuum cleaners? And if so, what do you recommend for pet hair control?: When I have six shelties shedding, I sweep my carpets for hair with a regular broom before running the vacuum cleaner. Never had one croak of old age. I have had the same hoover for 8 years now. I gave my last old Hoover away to buy this newer one, but it was going great guns when I gave it away too. I guess it's all in the brand and maintenance.
