HDPE Geocomposite Drainage Geonet with High Flow

Introduction for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

Geonet can be used in the soft soil stabilization, base reinforcement, embankments over soft soils, seacoast slope protection and reservoir bottom reinforcement, etc
It prevents the slope rock from falling down ,which avoids the hurt to the human beings and the vehicle on the road; It prevents the road dregs packed by geonet from being washed away ,avoids the roadbed distortion and improves the stability of the roadbed; laying the geonet reinforces the road surface ,avoids development of the reflection crack. As reinforcing material of filling soil in retaining walls, it disperses the earth body stress and restricts the side-displacement. The stone cage, made of geonet, can prevent erosion ,collapsing and lost of water and soil when being used in dyke and rock slope protetion

Specification for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

Geonet thickness: 5-8mm; Width: 2-4m; Length as requested

Geotextile can be needle punched polyester geotextile, continuous filament PET nonwoven geotextile or Polypropylene nonwoven geotextile, and the unit weight normally 200g/m2.

Features for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

2. High tensile and shear strength

3. Able to protect its long time and stable hydraulic conductivity

4. Able to bear more than 2000kpa compression load, its anti-pressure capacity much higher than common drainage network

5. Corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant.

Application for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

Landfill drainage; Roadbed and road drainage; railway drainage; tunnel drainage; underground structure drainage; the retaining back wall drainage; garden and sports ground drainage.

Geonet is made of HDPE and anti-ultraviolet additives

 1. Anti-aging, corrosion resistance

 2. Highway and railway subgrade: effectively distribute load, improve its bearing capacity and stability and prolong service life

 3. As layer of highway slope so that geonet can prevent landslide and protect water and soil, and beautify the environment

 4. In reservoir and rive dykes to effectively prevent landslide; in the coastal engineering because of its soft good toughness, corrosion strong characteristic to buffer wave swept and corrosion

Q: Are earthwork products suitable for bridge approach embankments?
Yes, earthwork products are suitable for bridge approach embankments. Earthwork materials, such as soil, clay, or gravel, can be used to construct stable embankments that support the bridge approach. These materials can be compacted and shaped to provide a solid foundation and slope for the bridge approach, ensuring its stability and longevity.
Q: How do earthwork products contribute to soil erosion prevention?
Earthwork products, such as erosion control blankets, sediment fences, and retaining walls, play a crucial role in preventing soil erosion. These products are designed to stabilize slopes, control runoff, and protect bare soil from the impacts of wind and water erosion. By providing a physical barrier, promoting water infiltration, and reducing the velocity of runoff, earthwork products help to retain soil in place, prevent sedimentation in water bodies, and promote the establishment of vegetation, ultimately minimizing soil erosion.
Q: Are earthwork products suitable for road verge stabilization?
Yes, earthwork products are suitable for road verge stabilization. They provide effective erosion control, slope stabilization, and vegetation support, helping to prevent soil erosion and maintain the integrity of road verges.
Q: Civil engineering materials in the two grinding a burning what does this mean
Refers to the cement material, cement is the first stone and other raw materials, grinding, and then after high temperature calcination, and then after grinding into powder
Q: What are the benefits of using geonets in landfill gas collection systems?
Geonets offer several benefits in landfill gas collection systems. They provide a reliable and cost-effective solution for enhancing gas flow and collection efficiency. Geonets also prevent the intrusion of leachate into the gas collection system, minimizing potential contamination and system clogging. Additionally, these geosynthetic materials have high tensile strength and durability, ensuring long-term performance and reducing maintenance costs. Overall, geonets contribute to efficient and environmentally-friendly landfill gas management.
Q: Can earthwork products be used for constructing raised beds in gardens?
Yes, earthwork products such as soil, gravel, or mulch can be used for constructing raised beds in gardens. These materials can help create a stable base for the raised beds and provide proper drainage for plants. Additionally, earthwork products can be used to amend or improve the existing soil in the raised beds, resulting in healthier and more productive gardens.
Q: Can earthwork products be used for constructing agricultural drainage systems?
Yes, earthwork products such as soil, clay, and gravel can be used for constructing agricultural drainage systems. These materials can be used to create trenches, ditches, or tile drains to efficiently remove excess water from agricultural fields, improving soil conditions and preventing waterlogging.
Q: What are the common applications of earthwork products?
Common applications of earthwork products include construction projects such as building foundations, roads, highways, dams, and landscaping projects. These products are used to excavate, backfill, and level the ground to create a stable and usable surface for various purposes.
Q: Can geocells be used for channel protection?
Yes, geocells can be used for channel protection. Geocells are three-dimensional cellular confinement systems made from high-density polyethylene or other materials. They provide stability and reinforcement to soil and fill materials, making them ideal for erosion control and channel protection. Geocells effectively prevent soil erosion, stabilize slopes, and enhance water flow management in channels, thereby protecting them from damage and ensuring long-term stability.
Q: How do earthwork products help with land reclamation?
Earthwork products, such as soil amendments, erosion control materials, and geotextiles, are essential tools in land reclamation projects. These products help with land reclamation by stabilizing the soil, improving its fertility, preventing erosion, and promoting vegetation growth. Soil amendments, like compost or organic matter, enhance the soil structure and increase its ability to retain moisture and nutrients, making it more suitable for plant growth. Erosion control materials, such as erosion control blankets or sediment fences, prevent soil erosion by reducing water runoff and protecting exposed soil surfaces. Geotextiles, on the other hand, are used to stabilize slopes, control sediment movement, and prevent soil erosion. Overall, earthwork products play a crucial role in restoring degraded land and transforming it into productive and sustainable areas for various purposes, including agriculture, infrastructure development, or wildlife conservation.
