HDPE Geocomposite Drainage Geonet with High Flow

Introduction for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

Geonet can be used in the soft soil stabilization, base reinforcement, embankments over soft soils, seacoast slope protection and reservoir bottom reinforcement, etc
It prevents the slope rock from falling down ,which avoids the hurt to the human beings and the vehicle on the road; It prevents the road dregs packed by geonet from being washed away ,avoids the roadbed distortion and improves the stability of the roadbed; laying the geonet reinforces the road surface ,avoids development of the reflection crack. As reinforcing material of filling soil in retaining walls, it disperses the earth body stress and restricts the side-displacement. The stone cage, made of geonet, can prevent erosion ,collapsing and lost of water and soil when being used in dyke and rock slope protetion

Specification for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

Geonet thickness: 5-8mm; Width: 2-4m; Length as requested

Geotextile can be needle punched polyester geotextile, continuous filament PET nonwoven geotextile or Polypropylene nonwoven geotextile, and the unit weight normally 200g/m2.

Features for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

2. High tensile and shear strength

3. Able to protect its long time and stable hydraulic conductivity

4. Able to bear more than 2000kpa compression load, its anti-pressure capacity much higher than common drainage network

5. Corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant.

Application for HDPE Geocomposite Drainage

Landfill drainage; Roadbed and road drainage; railway drainage; tunnel drainage; underground structure drainage; the retaining back wall drainage; garden and sports ground drainage.

Geonet is made of HDPE and anti-ultraviolet additives

 1. Anti-aging, corrosion resistance

 2. Highway and railway subgrade: effectively distribute load, improve its bearing capacity and stability and prolong service life

 3. As layer of highway slope so that geonet can prevent landslide and protect water and soil, and beautify the environment

 4. In reservoir and rive dykes to effectively prevent landslide; in the coastal engineering because of its soft good toughness, corrosion strong characteristic to buffer wave swept and corrosion

Q: Can earthwork products be used in green building projects?
Yes, earthwork products can be used in green building projects. Earthwork materials such as clay, soil, and sand can be used for various purposes in green construction, including rammed earth walls, earthen floors, and natural plasters. These materials are sustainable, locally available, and have low embodied energy, making them environmentally friendly choices for green building projects.
Q: What are the different types of earthwork products available in the market?
There are several types of earthwork products available in the market, including topsoil, fill dirt, gravel, sand, and mulch. Each product serves a specific purpose in construction, landscaping, or gardening projects. Topsoil is used for creating a fertile layer for planting, while fill dirt is used to level or raise the ground. Gravel is commonly used for driveways, paths, and drainage systems, while sand is used for various purposes such as mixing concrete or bedding for pavers. Mulch is primarily used for landscaping to retain moisture, control weeds, and enhance the aesthetics of gardens and flower beds.
Q: How do geosynthetic products contribute to soil erosion prevention in construction sites?
Geosynthetic products play a crucial role in preventing soil erosion in construction sites by providing effective solutions. These materials, such as geotextiles, geogrids, and geomembranes, are specifically designed to reinforce soil, stabilize slopes, and control sediment runoff. They act as a barrier, preventing soil particles from being washed away by rainfall or flowing water. Geosynthetics also enhance soil filtration, reducing the velocity of water flow and allowing sediment to settle, thus reducing erosion. Overall, these products offer cost-effective and sustainable measures to mitigate soil erosion, ensuring the stability and longevity of construction projects.
Q: How do earthwork products contribute to soil stabilization?
Earthwork products, such as geotextiles, geogrids, and geomats, play a crucial role in soil stabilization. These products are used in various construction and civil engineering projects to enhance the strength and stability of the soil. They act as a reinforcement layer, preventing soil erosion, controlling sedimentation, and improving the load-bearing capacity of the ground. Additionally, earthwork products provide a barrier against the growth of vegetation, reducing the risk of root penetration and further soil destabilization. Overall, these products help maintain the integrity of the soil, ensuring long-term stability and sustainability of the project.
Q: Are earthwork products suitable for underground applications?
No, earthwork products are not typically suitable for underground applications.
Q: What are the different weight options available in earthwork products?
The weight options available in earthwork products can vary depending on the specific product and its intended use. Common weight options for earthwork products include lightweight, medium weight, and heavy weight. These different weight options allow for customization based on the specific requirements of a project, such as the type of soil being moved or the desired level of stability.
Q: How are geotextile tubes used in dewatering and shoreline protection?
Geotextile tubes are used in dewatering and shoreline protection by providing a containment system for sediment and water. These tubes are filled with sediment-laden water and allow the water to slowly drain out through the geotextile fabric, while retaining the sediment inside. This dewatering process helps to separate solids from liquids, making it easier to dispose of the sediment. Additionally, geotextile tubes can be used for shoreline protection by creating barriers that prevent erosion and stabilize the shoreline against wave action.
Q: How are geonets used in earthwork?
Geonets are used in earthwork to provide reinforcement and drainage. They are commonly placed between different soil layers to increase stability, prevent erosion, and enhance soil filtration. Geonets also help to distribute loads evenly and reduce the potential for differential settlement.
Q: Can earthwork products be used for creating raised seating areas in stadiums?
Yes, earthwork products can be used for creating raised seating areas in stadiums. These products, such as soil, clay, and gravel, can be used to build up the ground level and create elevated platforms for seating. Additionally, these materials can be compacted and shaped to provide a stable and durable foundation for the seating areas.
Q: Are earthwork products suitable for use in underground drainage systems?
Yes, earthwork products are suitable for use in underground drainage systems. These products, such as geotextiles and geogrids, are commonly used to enhance the performance and longevity of underground drainage systems. They provide stability, filtration, and reinforcement to the soil, preventing erosion and improving the overall functionality of the system.
