Descriptions of HDG Ringlock Scaffold/ Construction Equipment/ Ringlock Scaffolding System
Introduction
The revolutionary Ringlock System's node point ( Rosette) provide up to 8 connections in one place. The 4 narrow punched out holes automatically center the ledgers in correct dimensions and at right angles. The 4 wide holes permit alignment of ledgers and diagonal braces at angles required.
Standard
Use: Standards are the vertical members of ringlock scaffolding. They provide the
vertical support for scaffolding.
Material: High strength structural steel
Finish: Hot dipped galvanized
ledger
Use: Ledgers are the horizontal members of Ringlock scaffolding. They provide horizontal support for loads and planks. Ledgers can also be used as mid rail and top or hand guard railsMaterial: High strength structural steel Q235
Finish: Hot dipped galvanized
Base collar
Use: The base collar is designed to "base out" the Ringlock scaffolding system sitting on top of the screw jack creating a lower node point.
Material: High strength structural steel Q235
Finish: Hot dipped galvanized
Features:
1) Quick erection: Ringlock scaffolding are all pre-measured and just a hammer is required when erection.
2) Safety: The reliable wedge connections prevent ledgers and diagonal braces from any kind of loosening.
3)Versatility: The revolutionary node point- rosette provides up to 8 connections in one plane, allowing the system scaffold highly adaptable for straight as well as curved structures, such as ship yards, power generation stations, petrochemical plants.
4) Low maintenance: The dip galvanized finishing will greatly last the life of the products, no paint required, antirust and anticorrosion.
5) Convenient in storage and transportation: Individual scaffolding parts can be packed in bundles for easy storage and transportation.

- Q: i had it done 2/3 months ago, it was fine at first but now on each end i have two lumps on my ear:S there relitavely smal...the size of like a really tiny pea.there really painfull and sore and quite red and sometimes they scab over with yellowy crust [yes i know sounds disguisting]im just a bit worried that its gone all weird or are these normal? am i cleaning it right?
- I had the same situation occur when I got my scaffold/industrial done. I wouldn't be too concerned. The lumps are called hypertrophic scars, and supposedly they are pretty common and are caused by overcleaning, harsh products, or (as I think was my case) general irritation from the jewelry moving repeatedly back and forth through the piercing or being bumped around or rubbed/touched. Mine lasted quite a long time. Try leaving your piercing alone for a couple of days. Then salt water solutions or compresses are supposed to help the lumps to heal, and I also used tea tree oil and neosporine intermittently. Hot compresses like a heated washcloth applied to the area help to reduce the lumps, as well. Sometimes it's recommended to try another type of jewelry, like titanium, or switch temporarily to two separate bars. You might also try finding a really gentle cleanser/soap. I just kept my original piercing, using the above techniques off and on, and after months of the lumps remaining red and sore, they just went away totally. Just keep your eye out for any pussing (hypertrophic scars ooze, but they don't usually pus), increased swelling, and the area feeling very hot- these are signs of infectiona nd you should see your doc right away. Good luck! :)
- Q: hi guys i got my scaffold piercing a couple of days ago and it keeps bleeding on and off and there was dry blood but i removed it and its bleeding more what could i do step by step to keep total care of my piercing to get rid of all these problem please help it will really be appreciated
- Dab it with tissue until it stops, Try not to play with it too much and if you need to touch it, ALWAYS wash your hands before doing so. Also do hot salt water soaks (as hot as you can stand) twice a day and it'll heal nicely in no time :)
- Q: What are the dangers of scaffolding
- The scaffold and bar for use of instability, binding is not strong or break and fall; the improper operation of the impact and accident etc.;Improper operation generally have the following situations:A. overexert, causing physical instability;B. in the frame and pull the car back walking;C. crowded collision;D. many people handling or installation of heavier components;Ice and snow on the E. frame is not clear, causing the slide.
- Q: i got my scaffold piercing 4 days ago and it still hurtsit usually doesn't hurt when nothing touches it, but then with the lightest touch of a finger or anything else, it hurts badly.i just cleaned it with h2Ocean and a q-tip and now it hurts really bad. :|should it not be hurting by now? or is this normal.? if its normal.. how long until it heals/stops hurting like a *****. hah
- When I got my ears pierced professionally, they only hurt for a couple days, maybe a week if I messed with them too much. Later, I personally double pierced my earlobes with a sterile needle at home, it's been over a month and it still occasionally hurts when I sleep on it weird. That is my experience, however it depends if they use a gun or a needle, where exactly you have it pierced, and other factors still can change (infections) the amount of healing time. But a good ballpark figure is about 1-2 weeks, but I know people who's pain can last a month. Good luck, and make sure you find a good professional piercer, and not the local mall free piercing preteen shops :).
- Q: For the current stage of China's construction should not strengthen the specific meaning of scaffolding and support by way of the scaffolding and support the specific distinction and significance
- At the present stage Chinese people-oriented, building a harmonious society, especially the importance of safety in production site, in addition to constantly modify the security specifications and technical documents issued by a variety of real-time safety, strengthen safety measures, compulsory accident insurance and so on. JGJ130-2011 is the new version of the construction of steel tubular scaffolding safety technical specifications should be strengthened scaffolding construction management. The current JGJ162-2008 is the safety technical specification for the construction of fastener type steel pipe formwork support.
- Q: Im in college football, I would be puting on and taking off my helmet, I usually keep it on though during practice...but would it be wise for me to get an industrial piercing a couple months before 2 a days and the football season...would the sweat maybe infect my ear, but I am a very clean guy? thanks, if you have an answer it will help my decision.....
- id leave it. theyre hard to heal nyway, and the added pressure of the helmet and the sweat and the possibility of getting hit in the head and knocking the piercing....well, i wouldnt risk it
- Q: Im 18 years old and maleI have 4 piercings. On my left I have my lobe and a double helix (a type of cartilage piercing). On my right I have a scaffold/industrial. I know I want another piercing on my right ear, but cant decide what to get. Any input is greatly appreciated.
- conch would look great and not make it look to cluttered go for it :)
- Q: Cantilever beam type scaffolding can not exceed the maximum number of not married
- An overhanging canopy should be the pillars of the non overhanging balcony canopy may be concave balcony, may also be the pillars of support (pretty much before the home house) pick style balcony canopy should be the cantilevered balcony canopy is not that direct pick out in the post
- Q: Was thinking of getting one. How much do they cost?
- Only a professional piercer can decide if your ear can handle and industrial piercing. Consultations are free and I highly recommend booking one before you get the piercing. Mine was $70, but my regular piercer does them for $50. It just depends on what shop you go to.
- Q: I want to get a scaffolding piercing, but i just wanna know some information.. past experiences etc. So far i have two lobe piercings on both ears and the pain wasn't too bad, but i've never had a piercing on the upper ear. How much will it cost? (I live in the UK) Just some information i guess (: thanks
- I have two lobe piercings on both ears, two cartilage piercings and an industrial that i got five months ago. I was expecting my industrial to be very painful but it wasn't that bad (i have a high pain tolerance though) its a bearable pain. Like all other piercings the healing process is the worst part and still when i bump it (like when im doing my hair) it hurts like a B****! lol. And don't play with it alot when you first get it, it causes scar tissue bumps. Use H20cean spray or you can do 1/4 tsp of sea salt and 1 cup of water to help heal it. The healing time is long, 4 months to a year. I paid $65 dollars in the us idk how much that is UK. It was definitely worth it though! Go for it :)
