According to GB3836.1-2000《explosive gas atmosphere use explosion-proof electric equipmentPart1: common requirement》 and GB3836.2-2000《explosive gas atmosphere use explosion-proof electric equipment Part 2: flameproof type d》, motor and electrical appliances of explosion proof wire rope electric hoist are explosion proof type. When explosion proof grade is ExdⅡCT4, travelling mechanism should do spark proof treatment. The whole machine meets standards of JB/T10222-2001《explosion proof wire rope electric hoist》, explosion proof grade have Exd Ⅱ BT4 and Exd Ⅱ CT4 two kinds. It can be installed under workshop fixed suspending rail to use individually and can be used together with LXB explosion proof electric suspension single girder crane, LB explosion proof electric single girder crane and explosion proof electric hoist double girder crane.The capacity is 1t-32t.
Working conditions
Working environment temperature is-25℃~40℃.
HB series explosion proof electric hoist adapts to the environment in factory that have explosive gas formed by inflammable gas、steam and air of which explosion proof grade is less than B grade or C grade and ignition group is more than T4(135℃) group. And the explosion proof electric hoist adapts to 1 area or 2 area, not O area.

When the truck was lifted up on the hoist it made all the parts find new locations in the rubber, when the truck was let back down part of the rubber was moved around with it. It now squeaks, what you might try silicone spray into the rubber parts. Don't know if that will make it worse or fix it. I have 189K of dirt roads and 4 wheeling on mine, it is not something I have worried about. The only sure way to fix the problem would be to replace all the rubber bushings, or buy another truck. You could just wait and see if it will pass, and yes, the shocks could be squeaking also, they have rubber bushings.

- yes, because if the car is pushed or pulled from position when parked or when Hoisted or moved it could damage the transmission if in a drive (geer) or parked position rather than neutral position.. so it is safe in case car accidently is moved. suggestion is then to keep it in a neutral position . in that position it is free to move .-but if a attempt is to move the car--the safe way to prevent transmission problems would be to keep it in neutral . I had this experience when a truck hit me in parked position--later my transmission went. OK (:
