Product Parameter
16t MD1 wirerope electric hoist
CD1/MD1 electric wire ropehoist series is our main and advantage product, So we can surely offer you high quality but competitive price.
The capacity of CD1/MD1 electric wire rope hoist series could be 0.5-10T.
They are widely used to hoist heavy objects, or to install on the straight or curve 1-steel beam of single-girder cranes. They can also be used together with electric. hoist double-girder, gantry crane and slewing cranes. All the above has made the electrical hoists common in industrial and mine enterprises, railway, wharfs and warehouses.
To satisfy the requirement of heavy duty hoists work, our factory also produce HC-A and HC-B type electric wire rope hoists. The capacity of HC series could be 10-120T(if you need big capacity, you should choose HC)
We can design it for your requirements.
The lifting speed of CD1 type is general speed, it can satisfy the requirement of general use; The lifting speed of MD1 type has two lifting speed, general speed and slow speed. The slow speed can satisfy the requirement of precision loading and unloading, examine and repair machine tool etc. precision work. Therefore, the useful scope of MD1 is wider than CD1 type.

- Q: i recently started work in a nursing home and although we have hoists to lift the residents, the other carers there do not use them for slightly lighter or more able residents. i have tried telling them that we should be using hoists to lift everyone if they are unable to walk by themselves but they do not listen and lift them out of their wheelchairs (with my help) anyway. i have tried talking to them but no one will listen and it is starting to alienate me from everyone else. my manager will not listen to me either. i thought that it was illegal to lift people if there are other options such as hoists? also, i have not yet had the manual handling training for the company so i should not be lifting anyone or even using the hoists at all! is there somewhere i can report the home for this?also, all the lifting is hurting my back and joints. surely there's something i can do to stop it?
- pick up the phone and call ohsa -- who will get results!!!
- Q: it's usually on older barns it extends out past the usual roof and comes to a point and they attach a hoist or pulley to it to get it up to the doors of the loft
- I know what you are talking about, but don't know what it is called. As a kid (many years ago) I lived on a farm that used a hay fork to lift hay into the loft of a large barn. That was before the days of baled hay. Sorry I don't know the name..
- Q: 20.0m above the ground, the cable brakes and the bricks begin to fall. If there is a safety net set up 2.00m about the ground, what does the spring constant of the net have to be so that the crate of bricks just touches the ground when the net stretches downward?
- If the spring was not used, all of the crate’s potential energy would be converted into kinetic energy. For the crate to stop moving as the spring is compressed two meters, the work that is done by the spring must be equal to the initial potential energy of the crate. PE = 500 * 9.8 * 20 = 98,000 J Work = ? * k * d^2 = 2 * k 2 * k = 98,000 k = 49,000 N/m As the spring is compressed 2 meters, the velocity of the crate of bricks must decrease to 0 m/s. For this to happen, the work that is done by the spring must be equal the maximum kinetic energy of the crate. To determine the velocity of the crate of bricks if they were to fall 18 meters, use the following equation. vf^2 = vi^2 + 2 * a * d, vi = 0, a = 9.8, d = 18 vf^2 = 2 * 9.8 * 18 = 352.8 vf = √352.8 This is approximately 18.8 m/s. KE = ? * 500 * 352.8= 88,200 As the crate move 2 meters downward, it potential energy increases. PE = 500 * 9.8 * 2 = 9800 J Total energy = 88,200 + 9800 = 98,000 J Work = ? * k * d^2, d = 2 meter Work = ? * k * 2^2 = 2 * k 2 * k = 98,000 k = 49,000 N/m This is exactly the same answer as above.
- Q: I am researching and cannot find this specific detail. When sailors brought horses, or other larger livestock, how did they get them on and off the ships? Did a part of the ship open up at the side for the unloading of cargo, such as horses, or were they walked onto the ship, or carryied over by net-I know I have seen this done, but did they do that back then, especaially if they were boarding several?
- In 1600s planks into the bowels were common. The dock usually was level with the middle of the ship to allow the heavy cargo to board with little incline. The crew would board via a inclined plank to the deck.
- Q: how pull v w rabbit engine change replace clutch
- Doesn't working on a Rabbit make you 'jumpy' or make you want to 'hop to it'? It's easy, unhook all the cables and fuel lines hooked to the engine, pop out the fan and radiator that's in the way, undo the engine mounts and engine to tranny bolts, bolt a chain to the top of the engine, hook a hoist up to it, raise the motor and give it a tug and watch it pop away from the tranny. (Make sure the starter's off too!) Swap out the clutch, and torque those pressure plate bolts to the right torque, make sure the clutch disc is centered so it will re-allign with the first motion shaft and slip the engine back in and redo everything in the reverse order that you took it out in, put back the anti-freeze and top off the oil and 'pop the clutch' and lay a little rubber!
- Q: Hoisted on his own pitard What is a pitard and what does the saying mean?
- The French word pétard means a loud discharge of intestinal gas, - not silent but deadly but a big ole noisy bi-labial fricative. To be hoist by one's own petard, is a now proverbial phrase apparently originating with Shakespeare's Hamlet (around 1604) not long after the word entered English (around 1598). It means to blow oneself up with one's own bomb, be undone by one's own devices. The French developed a kind of infernal engine, named the Petard, only about a decade before Shakespeare used the hoisting phrase in Hamlet, for blasting through the gates of a city. The French noun pet, fart, developed regularly from the Latin noun pēditum, from the Indo-European root *pezd-, fart. During WWII, the British had a munition also called the Flying Dustbin. which was a spigot mortar. It fired a 40-pound (18 kg) finned bomb at pillboxes and other concrete obstacles, to destroy them - but that was long after Hamlet was published.
- Q: I'm building a boat house and need to know the weight of the boat to determine how I'm going to hoist it.
- I really not know. What I do with every trailer I get. First I fill my truck with gas. Then I weigh it at a Truck Stop. Write down the number in your owners manual or somewhere you not lose. This be good as long as you have your Truck/Car. Then when you have the boat hitched up and full of gas and all gear. Run by the truck stop and weigh again, subtract the weight of your tow vehicle and you can write down that number so you not forget. Let the boat trailer be part of the boat weight. Your lift needs to be rated for more than just what the boat weighs so the trailer weight is an added safety buffer to what the hoist needs to lift.
- Q: if a force of 70 N is exerted on the input piston, what mass can be filled
- I think you made an error in stating your question. You asked what mass can be filled? Did you mean what mass can be lifted? This can be easily calculated by multiply the ratio of the areas of the pistons. The force applied to the smaller piston will be multiplied by the area of the larger piston / area of the smaller piston.
- Q: I need to find a link between these three as a topic.Thanks,Stephen
- they are all Australian icon's.
- Q: my definition for hoist is to raise into position
- Hoist the anchor and shove off mate. I believe that that,s part of a song.
