WH type wire-rope electric hoists are all of rectangular appearances. Their lifting capacity is 1t-32t and they have two ways to extend ropes, namely 2/1 or 4/1, and they used widely on electric hoist double-girder cranes.
The trolley hoist can be installed in various types of cranes or hanging in the beam, fixed hoist can be installed vertically or at different angles on the fixed support to lift.

Working conditions

The applicable power supply is AC three-phase, 50HZ and 380V. The types of WH wire-rope electric hoists

Installation

- Choice condition means really good condition. Prime condition. It means the flag has no holes, and in good condition generally BECAUSE the area (side) of the flag that you use to hoist (raise) it, has a tunnel style hanger, that you fit rope or a rod through, rather than two small holes you tie string into to raise it. So, in other words: The flag has no holes and is in good condition in general because the flag had a tunnel style hoist area, where the pole or rope goes through the tunnel, rather than through just two holes. (If you Google Tunnel style hoist on flag you'll see pictures of the tunnel style hoist area. :) )

- Q: I am a community carer and i go to a lady who has been bed bound for 12 months. she lives with her son and daughter in law. she has a pin a 1 knee that wont allow her leg to bend. she would like to be able to sit in her chair. but she cant walk, put any weight on her legs or help move herself at all. her general health is fine. i see no reason why she cant get out of bed. however, my boss has said that it's not possible. the lady was last hoisted in a cradle sling in hosp about 8 months ago. she was in pain as there was no support for her legs, besides 2 nurses holding them.... my question (finally) is, has anyone come across a sling/hoist that will support her legs during transfers? im sure there is, but my boss says not. i think this is because she hasn't the time to look into it herself. please could anyone help suggest a website for hoists, or give any advice. i promised my client i would do some research. thanks in advance.
- Absolutely! There are plenty of hoyer lifts and stands that can be used in this situation.The sling would even be a great idea! All you need is someone who can keep the knee abducted and held straight during the transfer.A stand lift would be an excellent choice too abiding she has strength in her other leg and has use of her arms.I used the stand lift on a left leg amputee and it worked beautifully until he was discharged. Depending on her weight you could also get a gait belt and another person to help her to a chair.If she is small you yourself could maneuver her into a chair with just a gait belt.After 8 months she has to have some weight bearing on her knee no matter how little pressure she could use.Otherwise what is the point in putting in the pin. Patient transfers can at times be painful to the patient.That is why we use these transfer devices to minimize the pain. A Hoyer lift is what you need to transfer her.these lifts are full body supported and often have great leg support.Problem is they are highly expensive and probably would not be practical unless of course they can be rented in the uk.The standing lift would be another option I would try. If all else fails go buy a gait belt and transfer her to the chair with the help of another person.This is usually the most cost effective and least painful way
- Q: Conditions:-It's in our own garage-We highered a guy we know personally to help install it-Borrowed an engine hoist from a neighbor-Got the stands and everything-Plan to be working on it at any available times possible, ourselves and the mechanicSo how long in total do you think it'd take to un-install the old and re-install the new one? We already did some basic stuff like taking the air intake duct out, the battery, taking the hood off, and taking the interior console out to expose the transmission.
- Engine hoist good, but this engine's coming out the bottom! Remove trans, hoist for motor mounts, remove struts, kick wheels to the side. I do them often, about 3hr out. But don't feel bad if it takes a good 8-10hrs on your back. Think it through, Good luck
