Working conditions

The product is suitable for temperature -20 ℃, ~-+40 ℃,humidity ≤85％,below 1000m altitude, need work in no fire, explosion hazard, corrosive medium and no dust pollution; prohibited lift molten metals, toxic, flammable and explosive  substances. The applicable power supply is AC three-phase, 50HZ and 380V. The level of work for this product is middle rank, if the level of work increased one grade, and the rated lifting capacity shall be reduced by 20%.

The types of WH wire-rope electric hoists

Installation

After the electric hoist is shipped to the installation site, it will be checked and accepted in accordance with the packing list, and carefully check whether the parts have been damaged or lost during the transportation.Read the instruction manual and other random documents to understand the structure of the product.Running trolley and current introduction device.The hook device is usually separate packed with the main engine, and should be reassembled when installation.Remove the grease or rust proof paint on the tread of the electric car. According to the instruction manual, add fuel to the reducer and seal the filling hole to prevent leakage.

Maintenance

In order to ensure the reliability and life of electric hoist, regular lubrication and maintenance is must be. Wire rope is the key component of hoisting mechanism of electric hoist.
